in my simple opinion, the bed is fine I don't know if the bed I chose is very hard but since I bought the bed I haven't been able to sleep a whole night what I sleep is like four or five hours as I said before maybe I chose the very firm bed I thought that by buying this bed I would rest more but it is not like that always when I get up in the morning I get up with back pain I will try to see if I can exchange and then update this review

I have had the new mattress, pillows and sheets now for about 30 days. So far I like it a lot, almost love but too soon to give it that. Humans spend a lot of time in bed and I have went with the cheap mattresses for over 50 years and almost got a sleep number bed, but after talking to people that have them, I realized that Tempur will be the better investment. I recommend to buy new sheets and pillows with a new mattress. AND get the mattress protector if you have pets that get on the bed (allowed or not) and kids, night #5 my dog tested it and boy was I feeling like a smart man. you will be the first to know if this bed doesn't hold up to the name. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our new Tempurpedic to replace our original (which held up since 2006 and is now used at our vacation home). We tried all the other popular memory foam beds-in-box, but none compared to Tempurpedic. We opted for the hybrid medium firmness and sleep like babies!

We sooooo love our new mattress!!! it is extremely comfortable, it is worth every single penny. Prior to buying this mattress, I had a BeautyRest. Although the Beautyrest was less than 8 years old, every single bone in my body ached when I awoke everyday. My husband stopped sleeping with me because he could no longer tolerate the aches. Our tempur pedic mattress is a complete different experience! we wake up everyday without any body aches. I highly recommend this product to anyone!! There's nothing better.

I'm very disappointed, because the people who worked here told me that the medium hybrid would work for my height and weight as a side sleeper. I am 5"3 and 135 pounds for reference. My hips are very sore as I'm building up pressure points and I can feel the supporting layers underneath. This bed is way too firm for a side sleeper of my side. I wake up every day with a sore back sore ,sides and sore hips . I toss and turn all night long and have very bad sleep. I will say though it's not hot and it does not feel like you're on a heater or anything like that, I'm not a hot sleeper though so I'm not really sensitive to that. But that is only plus side I can think of. Unless you're a bigger person I warn you to not get this if you are a petite side sleeper, it is extremely firm and so uncomfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product, although the foam seems to hold body heat a bit more than our old conventional mattress. Would have gone with the gel version, but they didn't have it in firm. The "white glove" delivery service leaves a lot to be desired -- couple of guys and a truck -- took all three of us get it off-loaded and up the stairs. They clearly didn't know anything about the frame and set up.

Purchased recently and now am concerned about it containing truly toxic materials...having hard time getting clarity. Does not seem to have any environmental certifications. I assumed being a top name it would be fine, but now the more I look into it the worse it sounds....

It was to soft for my wife so we exchanged it for free and got the firm bed. Love it and what makes it better is the fact that delivery, pick-up and exchange was all covered with no additional charges.

We were many years overdue tossing out our original king size mattress and box spring. After visiting our local mattress store, and laying down on 6 or 7 mattresses, this is the one we knew we had to have, and since, we have experienced solid nights of sleep, and every little ache and pain we had has vanished. The price was worth it!
