mattress is great however the protective cover bunches up and is very difficult to remove the wrinkles which makes it a problem

It has taken some time to get used to the firmness. We feel good about our purchase and are getting better sleep now.

Super soft and supportive. Helped with arm and leg numbness, back and hip pain! Almost a month in and it's been great so far!
