AFTER deliverymen set up bed and we made up with new linens, we discovered registration form required serial number from a tag on underside of mattress on headboard side. My elderly wife had to completely strip and take off the mattress to find it. The tag should be more accessible or the delivery process should have done this in advance. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Changed my very old but hardly used queen-size firm mattress and decided to reward myself with a tempur pedic. The experience with the retail store wasn't the best, having to have the mattress changed 4 different times due to wrong mattress delivery. I purchased the king size (split) medium hybrid pro adapt but they delivered the soft mattress by mistake the first time. Tried it for 2 nights and didn't like it. They picked up the soft mattress only to deliver a medium mattress. Again, tried it for a month (per the store's recommendation), but returned it after a month and they finally delivered the correct mattress after 2 1/2 months. It took me almost a week before I truly appreciated the mattress. At first, I found it hard to move and change positions, and also still found the mattress a little firm to my liking. It all changed after a week or so. Waking up in the morning has been less painful with no struggles, and no muscle and/or back pains. I love that the mattress have some kind of cooling effect. Choosing the medium-hybrid was the right decision. I enjoy the versatility of the base and its special features. The only thing I didnt particularly like was how the sheets get out of place every time I use the incline/decline positions of the base. I fixed the problem by buying suspenders :).

I was told by the sales associate that I wouldn't like it for the first week and at least until it was broken in like the one on display which was around 6 months old. I have to be extremely honest with you, from that very first night I slept on it, was the best night of sleeping. I have noticed an improvement in my posture and my back doesn't hurt when I get up in the morning. Quality is outstanding. I can't find anything wrong with it at all.

I'm a 130 lb side sleeper and my partner is a 185 lb side sleeper. The mattress was very firm when it arrived. After sleeping on it about 2 weeks, it softened to the point where we just sunk down into it. No support. Horrible back pain. We gave it 5 weeks total but eventually returned it to the store.

I never imagined a mattress could make my life better before now. I've lacked sleept for the last 10 months due to 2 cervical disc issues. This bed and adjustable base provides everything I need to help my horrible symptoms that prevented me from sleeping prior. I'm so thankful for Steve at Sleep Outfitters for his expertise and helping us decide on a mattress. It's beyond our expectations!

my husband and I purchased a tempuric mattress in 2021. The first months of use we loved our mattress. However, today, with two years of use, we clearly feel that the mattress is very sunken where we sleep. We feel a hole where we lay. Both me and my husband are feeling a lot of back pain, especially when waking up, we believe that this is due to the mattress being completely uneven, lumpy, sagging and without structure. I would like to point out that we are not fat, so there is no overweight on the mattress and we don't spend many hours lying down either. We go to bed around 10 pm and wake up between 7 am and 9 am. It's not worth the price, for in two years the mattress will be completely bad, uncomfortable and impossible to sleep on.

We absolutely love the hybrid pro adapt from the cooling feature to the comfort of a coil and memory foam mattress. This mattress we have been in love with now for 5 months and cant wait for many more awesome sleep nights! We just cant wait to go to bed at night. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided enough was enough and decided to look for a really nice bed to upgrade my ancient foam mattress. After countless hours of reading and watching videos and listening to experts, I decided to bite the bullet and try out a Tempurpedic bed. I'm an every position sleeper, I find myself sleeping flat on my back, on either side, or on my stomach at any given time in the night. Because of this the medium firmness hybrid seemed like the best fit for me. The order and shipping process was painless, and I was set to get my new mattress faster than I had imagined. From the first night I had it, the mattress has really been perfect in every way. It was immediately the most comfortable bed I've ever laid on, hands down. Any position I lay in, I'm immediately comfortable. You don't sink too far into the foam so you feel trapped, but you also sink just enough to feel the real support the foam can provide. The springs underneath really help when it comes to moving or adjusting (or certain adult activities), way better than a strictly foam mattress. I'm a very hot sleeper, and I was worried the mattress and or cover would be too much and make me a sweaty mess. Surprisingly, its a very very cool mattress that doesn't have the issue of becoming a smoldering hot mess after an hour of laying in it, like other foam mattresses do. I've now owned the mattress for about a year (maybe more? maybe less? covid has warped my perception of time) and it has really only improved with time. It softened up a bit, but not much. Just enough to provide some seriously prime levels of comfort.

I bought this bed because I was having major issues with back pain making it difficult to get out of bed in the morning - I opted to go with a firm mattress because this is what my mom had and it seemed to help her. My first night on this bed, it was so much firmer than anything else I had ever slept on before that I thought I had made a huge mistake in purchasing such a firm mattress. By the fourth night, I knew I had purchased the most perfect mattress for me! I am waking with much less back pain now and seem to be sleeping better too. Thank you Tempur-pedic

Historically I have purchased relatively expensive traditional mattresses with varying success at comfort. For my last mattress, I moved to a well reviewed traditional name brand, memory foam mattress and had a great experience (I thought) for about the first 3 years; ultimately over the course of the last 2 years developing soft spots and a general feeling of sinking into the mattress worse than I had with traditional mattresses. I don't know how the pro-adapt hybrid mattress will fair over time, but I can tell you it is better on one day one than my all my previous mattresses have been, being incredibly forgiving on body curves while still being supportive. I am 6'1", average around 220 lbs, am a side sleeper, and have had two L5/S1 procedures. Where historically I'd turn over due to pressure points in my shoulder, hips or back (traditional mattress) or felt like I was trying to turn over in wet sand (all memory foam), the pro-adapt med hybrid is perfect for my weight and sleeping style. I acknowledge there is generally a price premium to Tempur-Pedic, and I will have to evaluate performance over the long term, but I definitely feel that this mattress type (hybrid) is executed well, suited to my weight and sleeping style, and that I'm getting a better, much less interrupted night's sleep than I have in perhaps a decade (I turn MUCH less). Recommend the brand, but also recommend taking the time to try out and find the correct version for you.
