Granulated garlic, not too big so fine to use like powder. If you want it finer, run it through a blender!

Love this seasoning for everything I love garluc on. The granulated is so much better than the powdered for flavor control, too.

This is a great brand and it give you a lot for the money, but I remember not too long ago it use to cost half the price.

Use this product a lot. Love it. Fresh garlic and/or this granulated garlic is used every time I cook or make a dip for entertaining.
