I prefer a smooth well balanced coffee. To many of the extra bolds are harsh and bitter with a burnt taste for my palette. This blend is well balanced and smooth yet with enough robust flavor to satisfy me. I am strictly a black coffee drinker and do not add anything. So I look for coffees with a good pure coffee flavor.

I consider coffee drinking somewhat of a hobby for me (I have bigger hobbies, I promise!), and after trying many k-cups, this is the first review I've been compelled to write. Nantucket Blend is the most unique coffee I have yet to taste. Many of the coffees that I've tried might be great, but the taste is is indistinguishable or hard to describe. Nantucket blend has wonderful berry undertones, but the sweetness is balanced with a great smoky flavor. Extremely unique! Many of the coffees I have tried describe themselves as having a berry flavor, which I usually cannot detect. However, Nantucket Blend truly has berry undertones, but it is not overpowering at all. I prefer dark, bold roasts. I take cream in my coffee, and I can't stand it if my cup tastes like cream and hot water! Nantucket Blend retained its flavor on the 6 or 8oz setting, mixed with cream. Dark Magic is my favorite first cup of the day, but this is quickly becoming my second cup.

I suppose I'm more of a fan of bold coffee, but I do appreciate a milder cup from time to time. I tasted Nantucket Blend using several settings on my new Keurig brewer, and was unable to brew a flavorful cup, even on "small cup" settings. To me, the coffee was watery and lacking in flavor. I see it's popular with other reviewers, and that's fine... but if you like a richer coffee, avoid this one!

I just got a Keurig a couple months ago and have been trying the medium and light roasts offered on this site. Nantucket has made it into my short list of cups to reorder in the future. I understand why so many love it. There's no acidity, it goes down smooth, no bitter aftertaste, it's a definite medium roast, and there's a hint of pleasant bitterness. Just enough bitterness to let you know you are drinking coffee and not water. If you like the boldness of a Starbucks, this will not appeal, but for me, this is flavorful enough to consider for an everyday companion. I'm still deciding among a few contenders which one to go with, but I can't wait until tomorrow to have another cup.

This is a great medium coffee. its not dark and burnt tasting like a starbucks or french roast, but not light and unflavorful like dunkin donuts or a breakfast blend. great taste, slightly nutty, and a perfect coffee for your drive into work on a cold morning or after a nice meal in the evening.

I first tried this in the mini and it was a bit strong as I drink my coffee black and they make small cups, but in the elite maker with the larger cups, it is wonderful! So smooth and rich, and the aroma makes your mouth water! I have gotten several people in my family turned on to it, and they all love it. I have tried others, but none compare to Nantucket. I am addicted I think!

Love this brand and love this coffee. The smell is unbelivable. It's amazing. I bought the huge pack of it because I work dayshift and this gives me the kick I need in the morning to get going. It's not light, but it's not bold. Just inbetween. Love it. Buy it. The breaskfast blend is also awesome.

Nantucket Blend really is the full packagel - a complex character with an air of mystery, an altruistic aroma that excites, a rich texture that is second to none, and a reviving nature that I know I can depend on! This debonair delight has been my afternoon companion for a number of years now and has surpassed every other office blend in popularity. I have even taken to hoarding pods in my office desk drawer on a Monday in order to prevent the inevitable drought when our supply runs out mid week (with less prepreared colleagues wincing through Thursday and Friday while they sip inferior blends!). Top Marks!!

I drink my coffee black, and this one is perfectly balanced with great deep coffee flavor, but no bitterness. It is smooth, and the aroma as it brews is heady - it fills your senses with anticipation - I cannot wait until it brews! I have recommended it to all my friends and family, and they are all hooked on it. Best coffee I ever drank - bar none!

This coffee is for those that don't like extra bold coffees. I love the taste of coffee but I don't want it to rot a hole in my stomach or taste like an ashtray. This coffee is great, perfect flavor, perfect balance of acidity, I could sip on it all day.
