We bought a new Keurig coffee pot and the custom coffee carrier inserts required much work to get them out of box and they were covered on very sticky tape that required soaking in alcohol and hot water for an hour and required much scrubbing to be able to finaly use them. Why 3 parts for the carrier and then have to remove a piece from the pot before using?

In addition to buying a coffee maker for my spouse, I also got him the Nantucket blend as part of his starter kit and to say that he's enjoyed it is an understatement. He never tried that kind of coffee before so I was taking a bit of a risk in ordering those pods but it was well worth it. The social/environmental consciousness for this blend is also greatly appreciated.

Nantucket Blend is a mellow medium almost light roast coffee that is a good start to the day before switching to a dark roast. It doesn't have a lot of flavor. Doesn't compare to Lake and Lodge that I much prefer but which seems to have disappeared

The coffee is great I order the Nantucket Blend and the Wild Mountain Blueberry Blend. This month my order got messed up and the lady that I spoke to from your customer service, was WONDERFUL she got the problem taken care of, and because it was an error on your end of the shipping date getting changed to 1/ 3/ 21 and not 1/ 3 / 20 . I was down to my last box of coffee and out of the Wild Mountain Blueberry, so now I'm having to wait another week with a house full of people , she got the ok to ship to me a box of 24 count on both coffees, because I had to go to the store to buy more coffee to keep every one in coffee , 12 Adults drinking coffee and a house of 14 kids and no coffee isn't good. But that customer service lady was great .

Loved the coffee! But, I was not very happy with the packaging. The last two times I purchased multiple boxes, at lease on of the K-cup in the 3 boxes was damaged(open). That meant I had to wash grounds off each k cup before using or have grounds in my coffee. So far I have been short changed three k-cups because of the damaged ones.

My hubsand is the major coffee drinker innour house. At first he was skeptical about the Keurig that purchase while he was on a business trip. But now he is hooked because he can choose different flavors but Nantucket Blend has become his all time favorite.

Nantucket blend has a sharp distinct flavor but is not bitter. I select the strong brewing button to increase the flavor and there is still no bitterness. It makes a nice, different change from my favorite coffee, Seattle's Best House Blend which is absolutely smooth with a well-balanced flavor. I enjoy each coffee with a splash of cream.

We both enjoy our cups of coffee in the morning. I am handicapped and I am not able to get up on my own, so I patiently wait for my husband to bring me a fresh cup of coffee while we wake up to the glorious day that we are going to have that day. I drink this occasionally but it is my wife's favorite coffee, period. She has been enjoying it every morning for about 4 years now and I make sure we have a supply always on hand. The coffee is one of my favorites, too, but I do not do all that well with caffeine. Should this coffee come in a decaf model without flavor or character change, it would probably be the only coffee for me, too!

I love Keurig! All of my products/shipments have been wonderful except for this one box of Nantucket coffee. No matter what I do, I cannot get the coffee to brew. A few drops come out and then it says “it’s under pressure, slowly lift lid and try again. Well I haven’t been able to get a single cup of coffee yet. All the works work perfectly
