[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a tempur pedic mattress for the last 15 years - and I finally got one. I had slept on one while a guest at a relative's house, and I have never had such an amazing and restful night of sleep. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Unfortunately, it was explained to me that the tempur "adapt" mattress is the "original" tempur pedic mattress. So that was what was ordered for my house. I have had it for over a week, and I keep waking up in pain every morning. I am very disappointed, as it is not at all reminiscent of a traditional tempur pedic product, in my opinion. I am waiting on a team member to get back to me, so I can get a proper replacement. Fingers crossed

So at first, l was kind of iffy. I thought it was hard, l mean this was when it first came out the plastic, then l laided on it and l literally felt like this was a mattress hand crafted by God. It's seemed to form around my body. I'm talking by far the mattress I've ever bought. I mean I've slept like a new born the best sleep I've gotten. I literally could go on and on. It's one of those bed where even if you aren't sleepy you'll go to sleep. My back doesn't hurt anymore and neither do my legs. I love this mattress and it hasn't even been a week.

At first this seemed like an amazing mattress, my wife and I were excited and enjoyed having a "high quality" mattress for the first time in our lives. A few months passed, the trial period went by, and all was well, until, slowly but surely, my wife started to experience chronic pain. This bed has cause my wife to not only have pain every night when she sleeps, but also while she's away from the bed during the day. She now has occipital neuralgia, chronic hip, back, arm, and leg pain. None of which were present before this bed, and all of which have gotten worse the more she sleeps on it. She now has tried countless things to treat the pain, from something as simple as new pillows and a mattress pad, all the way to getting nerve blocks. But it all comes back to the fact that as long as she's sleeping on this bed, nothing will fix the pain. Normally we'd just initiate a return and try another option, no harm no foul, but with the short trial period (other companies offer year long trial periods) tempurpedic said there was nothing they could do (we all know that isn't true). I just reached out again, a few months after my first inquiry, because, again, the pain has just gotten worse, but I'm also again not too hopeful. Unfortunately the amount that these mattresses cost makes it unfeasible for us to get a new mattress, especially since it won't be paid off for another 2.5 years. I'm writing this review to make people aware that the trial period is not nearly long enough to determine if a mattress (that you could spend a decade plus sleeping on) is right for you. And if you go past that trial period tempurpedic will wash their hands of you, no matter what, so you better hope nothing arises.

I'm sleeping better than I have in my entire life. The mattress is firm enough without being so firm my spouse is unhappy. It's squishy enough for them, without losing the supportive feel I need. I wake up refreshed and without many of the aches and pains I thought were a result of age.....turns out it was my mattress! Spouse reports similar results! We're comfortable temperature wise, the mattress doesn't make us sweaty, even though it's summer. I hope it lasts as long as it's supposed to, because dang I don't want to go back!

My husband and I are very happy with this bed. We see the big difference between a regular mattress and the tempur-pedic. We don't have the same aches and pains as we previously did. We don't toss and turn as often and we feel more rested. This has been the best decision we made.

Well when they came out to deliver the mattress they were only at our house for about 10 minutes. Very impressive. My first night sleeping on the mattress was an awesome experience. I absolutely love it. So does my sweet dog. We are truly enjoying a very wonderful experience with our wonderful mattress. There is absoluetly nothing that I dont love about it. Thanks for a very good mattress.

Been using the bed for about 4 months now. It took a while to break it in, but has not sagged yet. We had tons of problems with customer service. Had to move the bed upstairs by OURSELVES, and the bed frame has a hold in it from the shipping company. They chose the wrong shipping company and tried to blame us for accepting the order when it arrived at the front of the house. Like how were we suppose to know this?! Definitely did not get the "white glove" delivery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying three other less-expensive mattresses, we finally shelled out for a Tempurpedic. Even then, though, we were only so-so about it, until we bought an adjustable base (not TP) to put under it. Not sure why, but that made a huge difference (it was previously on a slatted platform). Now, we're really happy with the mattress... feels great.

Didn't know how much we needed a new mattress until we bought this. We both are very old and have lots of aches and pains. This mattress did not disappoint. Sleep much better now. Wish we had bought it years ago. Also bought the adjustable frame and like this also.

This is my third Tempur-Pedic mattress! My first one was given to my daughter, and my second one was given to a friend suffering from cancer. This one felt like an old friend hugging me all night long! I was so excited to get back to a mattress that helps me get the best rest! I no longer wake up with my hands feeling numb, or problems with my sciatica pain. I will never have anything other than a Tempur-Pedic! My next one will be a king sized, and I'll move the queen into our guest room so they can enjoy the comfort of a Tempur-Pedic!
