I use to own a pillow top and it was killing me. I woke up with back and hip pain every day. So I tried all of the mattresses at the store And fell in love with this mattress. The first night sleep was amazing I woke up with very little pain in my hip and back. The next few days the pain was gone. This is an amazing mattress I would definitely recommend it to àll my friends and family.and to you all reading this review it is amazing. The only thing I wish I could afford was the pillows to go with it but I will get them later.

I have to say, this is the strangest mattress I've ever slept on. It feels like a concrete slab at first touch, but somehow the concrete turns to butter the second you lay on it. The foam forms to every part of me that touches it, from my shoulders, to my hips, to my ankles, and warms quickly, creating a sensation unlike any other I've ever experienced. I used to wake up sore almost every morning on my old mattress (which was a foam hybrid, too, but not the right foam hybrid), but that's not something I've experienced with my new Tempur-Pedic. I keep thinking I should, but I don't. This mattress is expensive, but after sleeping on it a bit, I can see why, and I'm glad I spent the money. Without trying to sound hyperbolic, I can honestly say I've rarely been as comfortable on a mattress as I've been on this one, and once I get used to it and stop waking up to freak out about how awesome it is, I think I'll probably start sleeping a lot better, too.

We purchased our medium hybrid almost 3 months ago now and we love it! It did take about a week to get used to but now it's my favorite thing in our apartment. The hybrid is a good transition between a spring mattress and completely memory foam. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed! We just came back from a vacation too and our bed at home is now more comfortable than a bed at a 4 star hotel.

I like how the mattress supports my body. I feel less pain in the morning when I get out of the bed. However, it's hot at night. I usually end up throwing off the covers. Also, sometimes it feels a little lumpy. The mattress is very expensive for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted a tempur pedic mattress for the last 15 years - and I finally got one. I had slept on one while a guest at a relative's house, and I have never had such an amazing and restful night of sleep. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Unfortunately, it was explained to me that the tempur "adapt" mattress is the "original" tempur pedic mattress. So that was what was ordered for my house. I have had it for over a week, and I keep waking up in pain every morning. I am very disappointed, as it is not at all reminiscent of a traditional tempur pedic product, in my opinion. I am waiting on a team member to get back to me, so I can get a proper replacement. Fingers crossed

Pros: Very comfortable! No pressure points, no arms falling asleep. Excellent at motion isolation. I cannot feel my 180 lb husband move at night, or when he gets out of bed. Conforming but not sinking. The hybrid helps make it not feel like quicksand. Not bouncy, not too squishy. I would call it just right. Solidly made. I think this will last for a long time. Cons: Warm! It's not the hottest mattress I've ever slept on, but it really holds heat. The hybrid coils I think are helping with air circulation a bit but not enough. I can still feel warmth on the mattress an hour after I get up. I would avoid if you're a hot sleeper. We're trying different mattress toppers to see if anything helps, kind of a bummer after spending so much on a mattress but you gotta sleep.

It's was all good at the beginning as the years went on it just start losing all it firmness it had and just sinks in so much i can not even use a pillow cause my neck will be mess up the next day .....I would not recommend this bed inless you like replacing your mattress every 2 years anything but this foam mattress are better and those are fact ...stay away

I love the comfort of my new Tempur-Pedic Medium Hybrid mattress but the foam makes it hot to sleep. It holds your body heat so I'm sleeping hot during the night. I hope I get used to this because it's Spring now and it will be hotter in the summer months. For comfort though, I love the feel of this mattress. Just wish it wasn't so hot. If you sleep hot I might NOT recommend this mattress.

Was very very hopeful about this mattress, but I am side sleeper and get no support in my lower back. I wake up everyday with so much back pain, and toss and turn all night. We used our sleep trial to get this mattress so I'm unfortunately stuck with it and pain for a long time. Would only recommend this product if you are very small and have narrow hips and shoulders.

Love this mattress. Took me 3 days to find the right setting with the base but once found - pure comfort. Best sleep Ive had probably, ever. Love the ZeroG feature as a setting as well. Minimal swelling in my ankles and relieves pressure off the back.
