My wife and I purchased this mattress after finding Tempurpedic mattresses to be far more comfortable and firm to the initial press. My wife tosses and turns at night as a light sleeper, so a mattress with extreme initial give in most foam mattresses cause her to have dizziness issues. Tempurpedic mattresses prove to hold their shape until body heat slowly causes the foam to mold around - it's amazing. As for me, I sleep like a rock. Now, I sleep like a boulder. Thank you. No complaints other than they are quite expensive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] my first 2 months (or so) of sleeping on my new mattress were great. the more I used our adjustable bed, the worse of a "sink" spot right where my hips are when the bed is flat causing my back to hurt more and more. so I am disappointed with that aspect of the mattress. I thought it was just my side, but my wife's side is doing the same thing. at this price point, it should not be doing this.

Purchased the Tempur-Adapt 10 months ago and can say that my quality of sleep has drastically improved. I previously had frequent back and neck pains, this is no longer an issue. The material is cool and I don't wake in a pool of sweat. The investment is worth the price tag. I'm a fully satisfied customer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the TEMPUR-adapt matress. I was looking for a pillow top feel with superior back support. The matress is more on the firm side of the spectrum, with a conforming soft foam top. I do enjoy the back support the matress offers. I do recommend this TEMPRUR-PEDIC matress if you enjoy a firm mattress with a little give on top the TEMPUR-ADAPT is for you.

So far, so good. I've had it for almost a month and find it very comfortable to sleep on. I'm a little disappointed that my back pain hasn't gone away, which probably means it wasn't solely caused by my old mattress. My neck pain has definitely decreased though. The only thing I don't like about the mattress is that it is really hot to sleep on. I can't use my thick winter comforter because I get so incredibly hot. I really only need a thin blanket and sometimes only a sheet since I've gotten this new mattress. Overall I'm pretty happy with this purchase though.

This mattress at 11" is easier to change the sheets than other brands that are 15" and so heavy I could not lift them to change the sheets. Since getting this mattress, my shoulder pain has improved. With my old mattress I would wake up when I shifted to that shoulder, but not so with this mattress. That was my main reason was selecting the Tempur-pedic adapt medium hybrid. I don't know yet how this will be over time, but good so far. I would have preferred a firmer edge around the sides of mattress.

The last one was so bad that we were sleeping in the guest room. So we went mattress shopping. After laying on so many, we decided to buy the Temperpedic Adapt Hybrid Medium. GAME CHANGER!!! This mattress was comfortable from the very get go. We didn't even have a "break in" time, it was just wonderful from the start. So glad we got this mattress, It has provided us restorative necessary sleep. Why on earth did we torture ourselves and wait so long to get a good mattress? This mattress is worth the money. So glad we got this! It it the perfect blend of firm support and comfort. This bed is just a game changer for us.

I had purchased the Tempur-Cloud model back in 2013, and most recently the Tempur-Adapt Medium firmness mattress (queen size). Since my initial purchase in 2013 I can no longer look at other beds as purchasing options. What I love about this mattress is that I am guaranteed a great night sleep. It has the perfect firmness. After a long day of work, I look forward towards relaxing on my Tempur-Adapt to read or watch a bit of TV before hitting the hay. What I hate about it, is that I've become spoiled. When I travel to see my parents or siblings for a weekend, the quality of sleep and comfort does not compare to my mattress. When asked to recommend mattresses to friends and family, I always recommend Tempurpedic. IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I wake up in the morning and don't ache or hurt! I will say I do toss and turn still but I'm a light sleeper. The way this mattress targets your pressure points is amazing! I'm 30 years old weight 245 lbs and have several back issues. When I'm able to pop right out of bed without cracking or feeling tight is a glorious morning! The mattress is nice, soft and padded just right but not where I sunk into it or planked on it like a board. I don't feel myself sweating at night, which was nice for me as I sweat in the slightest heat. The only downside I see is with being a side sleeper, It takes me longer to get "comfy" if I sleep on my side. So now I usually sleep on my back. Big plus, I don't shake the bed when getting in or out! I'm very satisfied with our purchase.
