My old mattress was fairly firm but I found I had to add toppers to get the comfort I desired. This Pro Adapt Med Hybrid suits me perfectly. Would recommend it to anyone.

We had a need to submit a warranty claim on a mattress and was in awe of the efficient, professional and timely manner in which Tempur-Pedic handled our claim. We LOVE our new Tempur Adapt Medium and the Tempur-Pedic Company.

This mattress started out very comfortable but quickly began sagging. Because it hasn't quite gotten to the warranty sag point, we've had to endure months of bad sleep :/ This experience has also soured us on the company.
