I bought this oven in 02/2017 and it is now slowly failing. Was working great until the ticker timer stopped working properly and now the oven will not shut off unless unplugged. The timer bell has also failed so I can no longer use the oven properly. It is still under 1 year warranty and I also purchased an extended warranty of 3 years when I purchased it. The extended warranty folks referred me to the Manufacturer and all I got was an automated run around.

I have been using this product almost everyday for a month now. It's a wonderful time and energy saver. I have pretty much stopped using my regular oven after I started using this oven. Pros: It preheats and cools off pretty quick, easy to clean. It cooks everything from pizza to brownies. Cons: It's very large so you will need a lot of counter space. The plug is very short so you might need an extension cord. Overall I would definitely recommend this product! DISCLAIMER: I have received this product as a sample to review.

I got this for Christmas in 2015. Nice while it lasted, but now the timer will not shut off. Oven stays on at times, sometimes my food burns & now I unplug after each use. Afraid I'm gonna burn my house down! Decided not to use anymore. Would like to have one with French doors, but Oster is the only one who makes them. I'll wait it out. There is definitely something wrong with their timers. Waiting for the news to tell us something is going to happen to someone(God forbid) or there's a recall!!

Our regular stove/oven died out on us and we purchased this a year ago. It has been able to do almost anything that our old oven/stove could do and a highly recommend it! Until we can get a new oven/stove, this will work just fine and be used as a toaster there-after.

This was my 1st Oster small appliance purchase. It will not be my last. I have used large countertop convection toaster ovens for decades. I like the economy of heating a smaller space (suitable for all except the largest projects) and using 110 power vs 220 in my daily cooking to bake, broil or toast items smaller than 20 lb turkeys. Many models will fit a standard Lodge 10" cast iron skillet, but the Oster TSSTTVSSLL accommodates the Lodge 12" CI skillet (including handles) on its sturdy racks. My only suggestions for improvements: 1. Add another set of slots for the oven rack, higher in the cooking area, to put the food closer to the broiler to quickly toast a sandwich; 2. Add the turbo fan option to the broil setting; and 3. Add an interior light. THANKS!

30 minutes set to 475 and it didn't even get to 350 used the turbo and 10 minutes later didn't get to 400. I made a meatloaf yesterday set it at 350 left it in for an hour and a half on bake and it was raw on the inside. Got an oven thermometer today and got the above results. Bought this so I wouldn't have to use the big oven for small stuff so I wouldn't heat up the whole house in the summer. I have had other brands in the past that worked better

I have been using this Oven for a month. Size does matter when we make large pizzas, bread etc., and it scores well. It preheats and cools off a lot quicker than my regular oven. It cooks all food (Pizza, Cake, Casserole, Cookies, Brownies, Bread, Lasagna) quickly and browns evenly. All came out very well compared to my regular oven. I stopped using my regular Oven after I started using this oven. I would have given 5 stars if it had digital controls to keep things simple for everyone instead of the dial settings. I purchased this at Sam's Club on Oct 5th, 2017 and I am VERY disappointed! My previous Oster Toaster Oven lasted 6 years and was awesome until the day it died so I trusted a this one to do the same but NOT....Although my last one was XXL this one is a bit larger took way too long to heat up and never did reach the temp I set it at which was 350!!! Totally ruined my dinner (stuffed peppers) So it's definitely going back to Sam's Club for a refund and I will go with a brand that has top rated reviews. FYI, Oster didn't even make the top 10 Toaster Ovens for 2017!

This oven is large enough to bake 24 cupcakes perfectly. The turbo convection feature helped all 24 cupcakes bake evenly. The convection feature helps shorten the cooking time on roasting meat and poultry also. This oven has been used in place of my regular stove / oven since we got it. Everything from homemade lasagna and frozen pizza comes out well!! I can't forget to mention how well it toasts also. It beats my pop up toaster any day. My only complaint is the temperature dial settings are hard to read and it is difficult to set the exact temperature. *Disclaimer- I received this oven as a sample to review.

This countertop oven is shown cooking a turkey on the box, and that was the first hint to how large it was. The capacity was impressive, and if we were looking to replace our main oven, this would have done the job admirably. It seems to be energy efficient and it heats up quickly. It cooks food evenly and a bit faster than our main oven. There are two things that I wish this oven had. First, the only aspect in which this did not do well was toasting. It's very size places the top shelf quite far below the upper heating elements. This could be solved with a simple fix: another slot for the shelf that was much closer to the element. It seemed odd that this oven, with all its features, didn't have that. Secondly, the back of the oven bows out dramatically, preventing it from being pushed flush against the wall behind a counter. This is necessary to accommodate large pizzas but quite inconvenient for its placement in the kitchen. It might be possible to have two backs that one could swap out if you need to cook something large but would make placing the oven more convenient. This issue is mostly because our kitchen is rather small, so others may not have this issue. We received this oven as a sample for evaluation, and will continue to use it because it works well, but we wish it toasted well enough so we could get rid of our toaster.
