I bought this toaster oven and one year later it stopped working. I thought I had a defective one, so I returned it and got a new one. Well it has been about exactly one more year and the 2nd on no longer works! Just stopped getting hot. I'll be returning this piece of garbage and looking for a better brand.

Broiler does not get hot enough. It will not even melt cheese. After numerous attempts to request assistance using Oster "support" line and then there "800" number "support" line I decided to write this review. My analysis of their support line is: it is non existent. I hope you do not require any assistance with your Oster product.

After timer reaches 0 it will frequently keep ticking until the timer reaches “Stay On”. Only way to keep it from turning itself on is to unplug the unit. Very disappointed with this product and very disappointed with sams for deleting unfavorable reviews.

I bought this oven recently (I think within the past 6 months. I will have to check the date.). It worked fine until it stopped heating up. I am very disappointed with this item. I see this is a common complaint with it. I would hope Sam's would find another brand to carry.

We've had this oven for a few years and have loved the product until a few weeks ago. Our daughter was using it and said the timer would not turn off. I checked on it and sure enough the timer dial would not turn off no matter what happened. And the oven seemed to be increasing in temperature, not cooling down. I unplugged it and the timer kept on ticking and the temperature was still intense. We had to leave the house for an appointment and I literally took the oven outside on our back porch because I did not feel safe leaving it in the house with all those "glitches" occurring. I read other reviews with similar experiences. I called the customer service line and the representative literally just told me to stop using the product. Duh!! And since there are no Georgia service departments he recommended I pay a service technician to tell me that there was a problem with the product. I told him with multiple customers saying there's a glitch with the timer and the product staying on why there wasn't a recall or some kind of remedy to fix the problem. No useful response there. Very disappointed that they still market a product with obvious issues!!

I received this oven as a sample to product test. It was great to have this extra oven space during the holiday entertaining season. It is spacious, yet lightweight and has a variety of settings. It looks great on the countertop too! Great product, great value. Highly recommended.

I had an Old Toaster Oven that still works good, But was just too small for anything larger than a couple English Muffins, So I decided to upgrade since the wife and I started doing the home delivery meals, a lot of times they have you roasting potatoes, vegetables and even some meats in the Oven, I'm not one to want to fire up my kitchen oven just for that. So, the search was on for a decent Toaster Oven, First set back: Seems most toaster ovens these days are just a tiny bit cheaper than a New Kitchen stove with an Oven. Sam's to the rescue, They had this oven for a very reasonable price, for less than $100, I couldn't wrong. I read some reviews and to be honest was put off that maybe this wasn't the one to get. So back to shopping around and back to sticker shock of nothing decent in a large size for under $250 - back to Sam's. That was about 6 months ago and with pretty much daily use, this thing has exceeded my expectations so far. It'll even do a Pizza which is something my old Toaster oven couldn't, it's worked out great for the Home delivery meals and I couldn't even tell you the last time I turned on my Stove oven, I've owned an Oster Bread machine from about 20 years ago, that still keeps going, So I'm glad to see that Oster seems to be continuing my lucky streak with this Oven, it definitely does more than just Toast English muffins.

Larger than I thought it would be but space efficient and very glad I bought it. East to use, easy to clean and so much more energy efficient than the oven. Would highly recommend for small or large family. works great for one and just as good when I have friends or family over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only complaint is that it doesn't clean up easily. I bake meat, cookies, bread & everything comes out great. I am ordering one for a condo I just bought. Intend to put it on the veranda & close the sliding glass doors to conserve the AC.

I bought this oven a year ago and it worked very well till I bought a home and moved it there. It came on for about 10 minutes and will not work anymore. I moved it all around the house to see I could get it to work. I'm very disappointed and afraid to buy another one. Things just aren't made the way they used to be.
