Everything was very fresh

I went into the club and by chance I say the sushi chef. I wanted this and he made it in 20 minutes. I will eat on this for 2 days. lol

Rolls didn’t stay together. Came apart when you try to eat. Bought that day but they were not as fresh as they should be.

Rice fell a part and not flavorful. Rolls fell a part and the inside proteins are skimpy.

When we bought these rolls, we were very excited. Unfortunately, once we served them, no one in our family could eat them. We’ve tried rolls in many places and different countries, and this was by far the worst experience. The rolls were dry and completely lacking flavor. They didn’t taste fresh at all, and the rice was hard, as if it wasn’t fully cooked. Overall, it was a very disappointing and sad experience.

I bought 2 large sushi trays that came to $73. They were awful! Guests picked a little off each tray and at least half of each tray was left and went in garbage. Since these are made daily i guess it depends who is putting the tray together that day and how fresh the ingredients are. I SHOULD HAVE gone with my first instinct and not buy them because sushi looked older, but the date was still good
