I ordered these containers to help store things and organize my garage shelves. They are much larger than I anticipated (big plus), but the handles do not secure properly. They are going to work for what I need, but if I were using these in my house, they'd definitely not work - the handles/snap would drive me crazy. The part of the handle that snaps into the container is too short to stay on securely.

Not the greatest! These conatiners are sturdy, serve their holding puposes and stack neatly but their locking lid clips fall off too easily. I literally just don't use them because they come off as soon as I unlock them from the lid. It's quite annoying. If they fix this flaw, I would definitely buy them again.

Honestly, I wouldn't say I like the Iris brand of containers. The Hefty containers Sam's Club used to stock were excellent and durable. However, these clear plastic Iris (Sterilite are the same a) are easy to crack and break, especially with larger containers. Something about clear plastic is that it is somewhat brittle. It cannot flex much until it cracks or breaks into pieces if dropped. I expect more of the containers to protect my assets.

Just bought them and before I could even get them home the latches fell off. These are nice bins and the latches do stay on to close the bins. It would just be nice if they would fix them so they stay on when you open the bins. The pins on the latches just need to be longer. Simple fix. Hopefully SAMS will work with the manufacturer to make a change. Maybe even offer us customers free upgraded latches!!

These boxes are advertised as measuring almost 11 inches wide (10.98”). In fact, they are not even wide enough to hold a standard sheet of paper placed sideways at the bottom (8.5”). If the measurement was taken from the outer top edge and included the tapered “bubble” design, one might explain the discrepancy—but that does not reflect the usable interior width. If a standard sheet of paper cannot fit, then neither will Manila folders, photo paper, laminating sheets, envelopes intended to avoid folding, or cardstock. At a minimum, the product description should clearly state the interior width from inside edge to inside edge at the top, middle, and—most importantly—the bottom. In this case, the bottom is nearly 25% narrower than the top. I will be returning these items. It is disappointing that the only reliable way to verify something this basic is to visit the store and measure it myself, which defeats the purpose and convenience of online ordering. Clinton Cole

Just received this set, and all the latching buckles fall off! I have an old set I have had for years and they do not have this issue. Returning ASAP.
