We're sorry to hear of your experience, and would like to provide some tips for future use. For best results, wet the pad with water before you use it, then squeeze out excess water rather than twisting the pad. After use, rinse the product and leave it to dry naturally.

The last thing we want you feeling is disappointed! Please know that our Magic Erasers are designed to break down, but they should always provide you with a great clean.
