This mattress is grossly overpriced. I have been sleeping on it for almost a year and I wake up with more back pain than my previous mattress that cost a fraction. I don't think it contours to my body at all. It does not provide any cooling effects. I would never recommend this product nor will I buy it again. My couch is more comfortable than this mattress.

We purchased the mattress and Ergo 3.0 base about a month ago (9/23). We are hoping the mattress does get softer. Once you put a pad and fitted sheet on the mattress it isn't as soft or conforms to your body. The Tempur Pedic cotton sheets do not stretch as advertised - would not recommended. The base does have some flaws - there are bright lights under the bed that do not go out, so we had to cover them up. Also the remote does not stay lit very long in the dark. Overall, we are pleased with both.

We selected the "firm" as per in store examples and seemed to be okay and comfortable, The mattress that was delivered is as hard as our floor. We added a topper which did not help. After 3 weeks I have finally created a somewhat softer area that I stay within but getting up is more like climbing out! My wife has since moved to the sofa as she has prior back issues. This is the worst excuse for a mattress ever created!

My husband leaves for work early in the morning and I would normal be woken up by his leaving but with this bed I slept right through it. It sleeps cooler than any mattress I've ever had. I sleep on my stomach, side, and back and it's comfortable any way. I go to bed happy every night.

Purchased mattress in 2020 and still too firm. The mattress I tried in the store was not this firm despite being the same model. I have tried everything, including a mattress topper which just made it too hot. After a couple years now, I still can't sleep well, waking up with back, hip, and should pain that I only have after sleeping in the bed. Unless you like a very firm bed, don't bother. I have the soft model and it has never been soft.

Takes time to get used to...and forget putting sheets on these mattresses easily. Just maneuvering around on the bed is like wallowing in mud...very difficult. The bed is so heavy it's pretty much stationary after the helpers leave....and once you get into a spot on the be, you're there - tough to turn over if you're someone that does. Also using the frame that lifts the head and foot , if you lift the head it makes you slide down the mattress, until you're at the bottom of it. I think this will work for me, but it's taking getting used to - I came from 20 year old box springs/mattress Sealy.

Over the years (as I am 64) my back has degenerated to the point a regular mattress is NOT comfortable. A year ago I had spinal fusion and a spacer inserted in my lower back. Unfortunately, Scoliosis runs in my family and our daughter was born with it. The TempurPedic has been a great product for our family. I am so grateful this product is available to us through our Military Exchange. We are forever grateful TempurPedic supports the military. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im so grateful for the opportunity to review the Tempur-ProAdapt, Medium, queen size mattress. Well let me start on why my husband and i are now experts on mattresses. My husband is a 250lb powerlifter and we have recently in 4 years gone through 2 mattresses. 3 mattresses in 7 years if you want to get technical. On his side of the bed where he initially sits down our past mattresses would indent after only a year or so. Also on mattresses we bought prior and spent thousands my husband always said his lower back would hurt in the morning and it would sag under his weight. Not to mention he would always say he couldnt ever get a mattress that was comfortable for his size. This Tempur-ProAdapt, Medium, Queen is absolutely worth every dollar. This is the 1st time in almost a decade where he actually sleeps soundly through the night. When he plops down on this mattress it doesn't shake my side of the bed causing me to spill my coffee. This mattress is magically good with its "proAdapt" technology, we both could feel the quality on the very 1st night. It's supportive for him and comfy for me and I'm 120lbs. So for us to find a mattress that works for us is simply amazing. We wish we knew about poAdapt mattresses sooner. We couldn't be happier!

I tried to save money 6 years ago and bought a level down from beauty rest. Good mattress but started sagging. I KNEW at the time it was a bad move and did it anyway. Hence, 6 years later, i bit the bullet and bought my Tempurpedic. Costly lesson, but now I sleep so comfortably! Don't make the same mistake I made... START with Tempurpedic!

We always love tempurpedic mattresses for their quality and great for our backs. We are waiting for our cal king mattress to wear out so we can replace it with another tempurpedic mattress soon.
