The warranty process was pretty easy, very friendly and helpful support! I love the new mattress! Just under 10 years my old Advantage began to not support me and sag. I called and followed their directions and in less than two weeks I have my new mattress! I have been sleeping on it now for about a month and it is wonderful. I did notice the "smell" but it was not that bad, I can still smell it when I change the sheets but thats it!!! Sleeping like a baby now! I have noticed that it is quite abit cooler sleeping than my old Advantage. One negative I have about the ProAdapt is NONE of my old sheets fit it, the matt​re​ss is very thick. I had to purchase (BOGO) from Tempurpedic but I guess it was time to get new sheets anyways. They were over 5 years old :)

My husband and I LOVE this bed! I was very hesitant about buying an adjustable bed let alone a hybrid but, this bed has turned me into a believer. This has been the best sleep I've had in years! My lower back and shoulders don't hurt in the morning. I love that my body cushioned by the mattress. It's soft enough for me yet hard enough for my husband and you don't sink down like a traditional memory foam bed. I love that it has cooling built into the mattress. Hoping this mattress lasts for 10-15 years like I've heard.

Not as soft as in the store. But even though it feels hard - there are no aches and pains in the morning. I just like the feeling of snuggling in. I had a tempuredic topper which was soft like heaven. Thought bed would be the same. But again, nicely adjustable and absolutely no pains in the morning.

After a nightmare experience with a series of innerspring mattresses, we decided to try TempurPedic. From the first night, we have been sleeping very soundly.

This was our 2nd Tempurpedic King in the last 12 years. We bought the firm version for support and we absolutely love it. The salesman Matt at Mattress Firm was first class and the delivery guys were without question the best we have ever had.

I love everything about this mattress. I have not slept through the night in many many years. Now I get a solid 8 hours and wake up with no more back pain!
