Product is different than any mattress ever slept on. Probably would choose medium rather than firm next time. Is taking some time to adjust to my body, but totally love that you sleep ON this mattress and not IN it. I think this mattress will still provide a comfortable night's sleep years from now as opposed to getting less and less comfortable like other mattresses. Would recommend this mattress to anyone buying a new one, but need to understand the first few weeks your body is adjusting to a different sleep experience.

This was the first time trying a tempur pedic mattress, so I was unsure about how my back would take to it, but it has been the best change. The mattress is firm enough to where you don't sink in, but soft enough to where it kind of molds to the body. It's amazing.

My room gets extremely hot and I feel like it's a very cooling mattress. The quality is outstanding and it feels extremely well made, definitely worth the price and feels like it will last for years and years. Will be buying for our other bedrooms in the house as well.

This is my second Tempur-Pedic and I love this one even more than the first one. I got the "soft" and feels so good. I have fibromyalgia and having a mattress that cradles my body is so important. But the best reason for getting this bed is that I HAVE to have restful sleep and my Tempur-Pedic allows me to sleep all night. I love my bed!

I just bought my third Tempur-Pedic mattress. My 2003 mattress is still a running strong. My 2009 mattress is still running strong. I am giving that one away. The one that I bought this time is the Pro Adapt Firm, for the pressure relieving properties. I have never woke up with pains or aches. The mattresses just get better and better every night. If you are looking for a world class mattress, you found it. Pass the rest and buy a Tempur-Pedic. Those that think that they need a firm, think again. The Tempur-Pedics should be purchased according to feel. Just buy one, knowing that they are life changing mattresses. Also forget that they are a flat mattress. What matters most is how you wake up feeling. I write very reviews. I am writing this one for those that want a mattress that will out perform an of the other mattresses on the market. Love the idea of this mattress but unfortunately I wake up every morning extremely stiff and in pain. When initially looking at mattresses and talking with a sales person, we were recommended the soft mattress due to being a side sleeper/ back sleeper at times. Really wish we didn't take the advice of our sales person & got a firmer mattress. My sleep has been awful since & overall quality of life has declined. And unfortunately are stuck with a mattress that we don't enjoy.

I have two other tempurpedic beds in my house (one of a higher level and one of a lower level of tempurpedic) and this one easily compares to the higher level bed! There is the perfect amount of softness, while also having enough firmness to it. The bed scoops you in comfortably and allows for a restful night of sleep. I can honestly say I fall asleep quicker and do not toss and turn while sleeping in this bed. I wake up feeling refreshed after a restful night of sleep in this bed. I have always recommended tempurpedic beds and will continue to do so after being able to review this product.

I started out with an adapt medium hybrid and switched over to the pro-adapt soft during the trial period. I am so glad I did, and just sorry I didn't go with this in the first place! As a side sleeper, the first mattress was too firm for me and I had a lot of pressure points on my shoulders and hips. This one has been great from night one! I fell asleep very easily the first night and only woke up once. I didn't think much of that until I actually got out of bed that first morning. For the first time in at least ten years I had zero lower back pain! And as I walked to work that morning I realized I had more energy than I've had in a long time. I didn't even realize how poorly I'd been sleeping until I got the Pro-Adapt Soft. SO, SO happy with this purchase. Mine is still a little firmer than the one in the store, so I know it's only going to get better and better.

This Proadapt Firm mattress is my 4th in twenty years. I'm am very happy with after 6 nights of restful sleep. It's very solid feel gives me excellent comfort and support. I wake up well rested and energetic for the day. Each day it softens a little to the touch without losing its firmness. I love it. Best mattress ever.
