For the price and the fact that I ordered the mattress in soft, the bed still feels really firm and not at all like the ones displayed in the showroom. I woke up with aches the next day. I had to get a mattress topper to try and add some give to the mattress but again, there are plenty of options out there that will give the same results without the exhorbitant price.

We bought this mattress to replace a memory foam mattress that we had for almost 10 years. We've had this one almost a year and now I spend most nights on the couch. It is very uncomfortable for my husband and myself. We don't sleep well, we wake up tired and sore. We have the Proadapt soft and it is not soft at all. I'm sorry but we slept better on our cheaper mattress. I can not recommend this mattress especially at the price we paid for it. We are looking for something else to replace it.

For the past 25 years I have only had the pleasure of sleeping on hand-me-down mattresses that probably should have just gone to the trash. I would constantly wake up with back pain, toss and turn throughout the night, and just could not get a good nights sleep. My wife and I were reluctant to get a new mattress. The cost to us was shocking. We did not feel comfortable spending the amount but we knew we needed one. Well, we are glad we did. Since the first night we haven't had a bad nights sleep. We are so glad we chose this model and were also happy that the "soft" feel was still firm enough for the both of us. My back pain has since disappeared and each night I'm glad to get a good nights sleep. If you have any doubts, put them to rest. This mattress is worth the price and you'll have a better nights sleep because of it.

After my husband fell and fractured his pelvis our current mattress was too soft. Our sales person recommended the firm Pro-Adapt and it was amazing. SOLD! We also purchased the adjustable base for the mattress which we highly recommend. The first night with the mattress and base we slept 9 hours! The base has done wonders to keep my husband from snoring.

I've tried other brands of memory foam mattresses and they don't not even come close to the quality and comfort of a true Tempur-pedic! My back issues and quality of sleep have greatly improved since owning a Tempur-Pedic and no previous mattress that I have owned ever came close to the support and comfort of a real Tempur-Pedic. I will always own a true Tempur-Pedic mattress. It is one of the best investments anyone can make and well worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it! I have not been sleeping well for a long time and now I feel refreshed every morning. I,have the base too which allows me to sit up in bed, which is great for working at home in the mornings.

Not worth the price. This mattress is horrible. It's way to firm even for a medium. We wake up several times a night tossing and turning. Often times our shoulders hurt and our arms go numb from lack of blood flow. Since the next softest mattress is $1k more, we will be returning to the store for a refund and going with a different brand.

At first I was a bit concern because I have never had a firm bed before. I was so use to a soft mattress that I was wondering if I made a mistake...., BUT now, I wished that I made this purchase a lot sooner... My lower back and legs are so happy now...! I sleep so well especially since I work the overnight shift, sleep is essential.... ! I need my sleep to function on my shift. This mattress makes my sleep during the day much easier to get. Thank you tempur pedic for making a bed just for me....

I normally do not do reviews but this weekend, we visited the Frontenac store in Ladue,MO. Corinne- our sales associate was awesome. From the time we arrived and explained we were trying to learn about their beds, their bases, she took it from there. Had great questions from both of us, wanted to understand our sleep regiment and from there began demo process on various mattresses and bases. Great experience. We have never owned a mattress like this before and can't wait to experience it. Corrinne made this a great experience and it was a true pleasure working with her. We left there Saturday, talked about it and returned Sunday. Had a few more questions, tested bed again and guess what- made the purchase.Thank you for everything you did for us as I would highly recomend her to anybody in the St.Louis area that is ready to make a change in their mattress but maybe their sleep style to receive the best night ever.
