This mattress is the perfect combination of firmness and comfort. I'm 6'3" at 215 lbs this mattress holds it's shape and keeps me sleeping all night long. The order process was a little confusing. I was searching to set up a delivery date, but couldn't find one. I wish the website told that you will be emailed in a few days during the purchase process to set up a delivery date. This message isn't sent to you for a couple of days after purchase. The delivery was very quick and efficient. Highly recommend buying through Tempurpedic.com directly.

At first it seemed fine, but within a couple of months, I began waking up with a back ache. (I never once had a back ache in 15 years on my first TEMPUR-PEDIC.) Then, I began getting heat spots on my hips. At that point, even in the middle of a pandemic, I decided to get another TEMPUR-PEDIC. Excellent, safe delivery, and instant relief! No more back aches, and no more heat spots.

It was to soft for my wife so we exchanged it for free and got the firm bed. I cannot remember the last time I've slept this good. For most of us, with age come things like body aches and restless night. But not anymore! This mattress has been a life changer. I no longer wake up tired and achy, I wake up alert and ready to start the day! I was worried about the overall feels, a my husband prefers a more firm mattress and I like softer. However to my surprise it has been a great happy medium! Just soft enough to where I still feel like I'm on a cloud, yet firm enough where he doesn't feel like he's sinking in! They really do mean it when they say it conforms to every contour and curve. Don't hesitate, just buy it!

I've been using this for several months now and as a result the back pain and problems I have experienced have been Reduced to the point where I'm not in pain most of the time unlike before now. So I can undoubtably say the Tempur-pedic pro adapt firm mattress has improved the quality of my life.

It's been a month and I already love my bed. It doesn't suck me in (which I don't like in a mattress), it's not hot at all and it's just the right amount of comfy softness. Just amazing. A friend of mine laid on my bed as she's looking for a new mattress and she was floored! All around 5 stars. Thank you Tempur-Pedic for an amazing product!

Plus One Star for the substantial quality of the mattress. Plus One Star for the look of the mattress. Plus One Star for the easy set up. Minus One Star for comfort. Mattress feels like a rock so I probably made a mistake in buying a firm mattress. The ones in the stores that so tried probably were broken into when I tried them, so probably wasn't experiencing the true feel of the mattress. With this new mattress for almost 2 months, couple of times had a back ache and couple times my legs cramped up. Not sure if due to the mattress or not. Minus One star for the adjustable feature as the mattress does not fully conform to the shape of the Ease and doesn't feel very comfortable in the upright position. Wasn't expecting this for one of the most expensive mattresses I have purchased.

It's a very comfortable bed. It took some adjusting. I would wake with sore shoulders but I was warned about the break in period. I now don't wake to sore shoulders. We do have an adjustable base. I get hot sleeping and this bed isn't a cool temperature bed. The dense foam holds heat. We have an upgraded mattress pad that's suppose to help but I still run hot. Keep in mind I live in MN and it was winter when I bought it. My wife even said she gets warm. I think I'm going to buy the mattress protector the sales man said people complained about being too cold. Great mattress but holds heat.

We have never had a tempurpedic before and really wanted to try one, but didn't want to shell out as much money for the other models. We opted for this bed in a box based on the tempurpedic name and reviews. So far, we find it very comfortable and it is just the right firmness. We have slept so much better on this mattress, then with our prior mattress. I also don't get woken up as easily when my husband moved in the night. Definitely recommend!
