It's a hard mattress in my opinion, my shoulder hurts in the AM because it is so firm. The delivery guys sold my phone number to scammers, no scam calls until they got my number and not nice over the phone, whatsoever.

This was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Because of lower back problems, I could not sleep more than an hour at a time on our bed and now I sleep all night without waking up with pain.

When the mattress first arrived, we thought it might be too firm. But from the first night's sleep, we realized that we had made an investment in the proper choice.

It is the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. No matter what position I am it conforms to my body. The whole Tempur-Pedic experience has been great. I finally can sleep through the night.
