We decided to swap an older I-Comfort for the Tempur-Pedic. We have a Tempur-Pedic in our guest room which used to be our mattress. After the I-Comfort started to break down, we decided to go with what we knew had like. There was a marked difference in the Tempur over the I-Comfort. We are sleeping better and waking up with no aches in pains. I would encourage buyers to go to a retail outlet and not buy on-line.

I promise you that you can't lay on this mattress for long before you give into the need to sleep. For me and my wife it is cool, firm but so comfortable. I have had chronic back pain for years but in these last few months I haven't slept better. No complaints from us. G.M.B.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous non-split Mattress was designated as firm however, it was extremely comfortable and not as hard as this one. I do like this one, but I am thinking of switching it out for a medium firm one.

This was great for my lower back problem, which I no longer have. It is a high quality mattress with a high price, but really worth the money. This is my second one. I had my first one for 20 years. I should note that it was making my abs burn after laying on it for more that 8 hours straight. It was like doing a tiny crunch every time I moved. I move a lot when I sleep so I was getting quite a workout. After round a month my abs were used to it and were quite firm, and the morning burn went away. Maybe I'm the only one who experienced that, but the mattress is so comfortable and my wife loves it so much I decided to just live with it and take the workout while I was sleeping as a perk.

We like the bed. Proadapt hybrid actually helps you roll over in bed. Try it in comparison to a standard bed. My only complaint is even though these beds are supposed to be cooler than the older beds, (which I just got rid of) I dont see it. Had my old bed for 10 years. Was happy with it so that's why I bought another. Even though it seems hat at times, we still like it.

Do not trust all of the 5 star reviews. We ordered the tempur-pedic pro adapt adjustable bed split-king on Nov 28 2025 and have not received it despite being charged in full at the time of order $4,900. Sam's help center has been ineffective mostly because you have to speak with call centers in India and the Phillipines. Despite being elevated to corporate and given an incident report more than once, it is now Mar 3 2026 and still no hope it getting the product we paid for. Sam's Synchrony CC only gives a partial credit for disputes and clearly doesn't have any connection to Sam's order status. On January 12, they delivered a TwinXL and removed our King mattress making our master bed extremely difficult to share (impossible of course). Good luck if you order this product. We have been Sam's club business members for decades which doesn't matter. we have given Sam's due diligence to help resolve this incident with no results

Total comfort! This mattress, along with the adjustable base, my wife and I are sleeping better than either of us have in many years. We’ve had other good, expensive, mattresses and still woke up throughout the night. We have now found the answer to our sleep deprived nights! Yes, it was difficult to commit to spending the money, but we are so thankful we did.

We laid on a mattress in the store and it was the degree of firm and soft we wanted. We purchased it and it was delivered the next day. It was so hard when we went to sleep last night that we couldn't sleep on it. We went back to the store this morning and we were then told that we have to break in the mattress. The one in the store is totally different from the one we received. Then we were told to break in the mattress we need to go around on our knees, even stand on it to breaker it in, RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This mattress replaced my 15-year-old Cloud Lux Tempur-Pedic, which had become a little too soft for me after a back injury. I love that the medium firmness still feels plush and comfortable while giving me the extra support my back needs. Paired with the adjustable base, it's become my favorite place to relax and unwind. The vibration feature and leg elevation help me get comfortable and fall asleep faster. I also added the cooling gel mattress pad, which has been a lifesaver for those random nighttime hot flashes! I had put off replacing my old mattress for years, but the interest-free financing made it possible for me to finally invest in myself and my health without the financial stress. As an added bonus, I was able to get the sales tax refunded with a prescription from my doctor, which made the purchase even more affordable. Looking back, I wish I had done it sooner. Needless to say, I spend a lot more time enjoying my bed on weekends—sleeping in, sipping my coffee, and soaking up the cozy atmosphere. It's easily one of my favorite purchases I've made for my home.
