I have only been sleeping on the mattress for about a month, but I am sleeping better, longer, and with less pain. Last mattress was a 15 year old pillow top, that could explain it, but I feel going to a firm mattress was a great choice for me. I am now 60, and proper support is needed. Pain in neck, back, knees, and hips has greatly decreased. My wife says I sleep with less snoring and less movement than before. I get out of bed feeling much more refreshed and energetic. One drawback is the price, everything is expensive these days, but wow! Only time will tell, but if I feel better over time, it will be worth every penny. I hope this review will help others with their decision. For me, so far, it has been a sound choice.

I would give this 5 stars for comfort but am disappointed at how hot it gets in the summer. Of course I am offered an upgrade to the cool breeze if I want to spend another $1000. Disappointing that for as much as this mattress was that it sleeps so hot. Can not beat the comfort though, and since I live in a cooler climate the bed is perfect for half the year. My back pain has disappeared.

With my firm mattress, I don't get the effect of sinking into my mattress, but still get the pressure relief and conforming to my body. My body pain has gotten so much better and I actually enjoy going to bed now! Thank you Tempurpedic and would definitely recommend!

I hadn't been sleeping on a tempur Pedic for a couple years and would wake up in absolute agony. Some mornings, I would have to crawl out of bed and hobble around, my back and hips screaming with each movement. Now that I am back to a Tempur Pedic, life is so good! We are only a couple weeks in after our purchase. After 25 years of trying a new mattress every couple years, we finally chose a Tempur Pedic. The first night we went to bed late but I woke up at 5am feeling fully rested. Like, could not sleep anymore and got up ready to start the day. Having come from a pillow top, the height of the bed is a wonderful change. No more jumping into the bed. Since the first night, I have woke up feeling rested with no back pain. Looking forward to many more rested mornings.

this is our first king size Tempur-pedic and we love it! The firm yet supple feeling is what we like the most-plus having the extra room with a king size offers is even better. We also have the remote adjustable platform which comes in very handy as well. We will have this for many years I'm sure

As soon as I was in bed, I knew I had arrived in heaven. Such comfort as I experienced was a totally new experience. It is an anniversary gift and I didn't think our mattress was that bad until I've laid down on this one. Life will never be the same!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered the adapt medium which was too soft for me and slept hot so I upgraded to pro adapt firm, it's A lot cooler and the sheets don't sink in and move around.. I noticed the beds do off-gas and need to air out for a few days. Final conclusion- the bed is outstanding it contours to your body the way it should and yes you can still sleep on your side. Since owning my ProAdapt Hybrid mattress I now sleep straight the night waking in pretty much the same position I feel asleep in. No more tossing and turning throughout the night. The cooling technology that is incorporated into the mattress keeps me comfortable throughout the night, no more hot spots making toss around to find a cool spot on the bed. I love my Tempur-Pedic Mattress and suggest you check them out if your in the market for a new mattress.
