This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. We love our new mattress. We are an elderly couple with many aches and pains. Both of us are sleeping better then we have for a long time. Couple issues, small ones tho, are unless you want to spend a lot on a set of fairly average sheets from temper pedic made specifically for their beds, it is hard to find really good fitting ones. Also be prepared to spend a lot for these mattress'. If you can afford it then it is worth it. But don't go into debt for it.

AFTER deliverymen set up bed and we made up with new linens, we discovered registration form required serial number from a tag on underside of mattress on headboard side. My elderly wife had to completely strip and take off the mattress to find it. The tag should be more accessible or the delivery process should have done this in advance. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Our original tempurpedic lasted 15 years before getting worn. We bought another brand foam mattress at a lower cost. Started having backaches and sciatic nerve issues. After 88 nights returned it and got our new Tempurpedic. Instant relief and felt like our original tempur when it was new. Will never own anything else. These firm mattresses are wonderful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before purchasing this mattress my husband and I woke up feeling sore and not rested. We love this mattress and our adjustable base. We start the night in zero gravity and then flatten the bed out sometime in the middle of the night. The zero gravity setting for the adjustable base is great for my husbands back. It takes all the pressure from the day away! Then when we flatten the mattress out later in the night, the mattress contours to us and we wake up feeling wonderful! The only problem we have is that we don't want to get out of bed in the morning!! We say it every night when we get in to bed....what a great purchase!!

I've tried several different beds in the past and decided to give Tempur-Pedic a try and let me just say that they did not disappoint. I splurged and bought myself the king medium hybrid and have been sleeping through the night. Usually I toss and turn but this thing is so comfortable. I don't get back pain and when I workout hard and have sore muscles it's comforting to get to just lay on it and know I'll be getting a good nights sleep. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our five year old traditional mattress with the hybrid - husband loves the way he feels when getting out of bed in the morning, likes how the bed conforms to body shape and really appreciates that he doesn't fell the bed move when wife is restless and is getting up at the wee hours of the moring. Wife enjoys a great night of sleep when she returns home after a week of business travel.

After 22 years sleeping on our wedding gift from my parents, it was time for us to get a new bed! Not to mention the many times our chiropractor recommended we invest in a proper mattress to help heal our bad backs... nervous, naive & hopeful, we found a sleep expert at Art Van Sleep Center to help us! After our sleep study by kind & knowledgable Ana, we were able to find a mattress & power base to suit both our needs! After the first night we felt improvements, now, 3 weeks later...on this new bed... I feel like an entirely new person! I have less pain, more energy & I feel like I breathe better too! There's nothing like putting your bed in a Zero Gravity position for a few minutes, then stretching yourself back into the flat position... it's like a chiropractor IN my bedroom!!! I / we highly recommend this mattress & power base! Only regret... why did we wait this long?!? BEST wedding anniversary gift to ourselves EVER!❤️

This mattress is very expensive to have only lasted for three years. Purchased in 2021, at first it was ok, the motion transfer was terrible. For the past few months my husband and I have been waking up with terrible joint pain. We tried to remedy with adding a topper, it helps with the pressure relief, but sleeps incredibly hot. This mattress was too expensive to only last a few years. Do not recommend.

I wavered with my decision to buy this mattress and after opting for a less expensive alternative I knew I had made a terrible mistake. I returned the offending mattress and decided that my comfort is worth the extra cost of a tempurpedic mattress. I'm extremely happy that I went with the pro adapt medium hybrid. My back thanks me every day!
