We had tried many online mattress companies, but in the end, most seemed to just try and copy what Tempurpedic has. We purchased through a retailer store, Denver Mattress, for my wife and I, we have to always try before we buy the old fashioned way. We bought the pro-adapt soft, the most comfortable bed ever! This material hugs you and doesn't sleep too warm, the new cover is very nice and I am glad we made the investment. I slept 12 hours our first night which I haven't done in years! No back or hip pain, this stuff is truly revolutionary. I highly suggest it, get it, it makes your whole day so much better. The soft material really contours to your body and we love that one person can move in and out of bed without disturbing one another. Expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for and can you put a cost on feeling well the next day.

We love our new mattress. We are an elderly couple with many aches and pains. Both of us are sleeping better then we have for a long time. Couple issues, small ones tho, are unless you want to spend a lot on a set of fairly average sheets from temper pedic made specifically for their beds, it is hard to find really good fitting ones. Also be prepared to spend a lot for these mattress'. If you can afford it then it is worth it. But don't go into debt for it.

I love being able to adjust the bed, whether your feet are tired and you want to elevate them or you want your head elevated or both, you can get exactly what you want. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have slept on the Tempur pro adapt medium for 5 nights. I have never slept on a mattress like this before now. I had another brand that is basically springs and a little padding. The Tempur pro adapt forms around my body. It has the right amount of support but also the softness to be comfortable. It had been year's since I had slept through the night. Now I can say that I get a full 8 hours of sleep. My husband said its the most comfortable mattress he has ever owned. I go to bed before him and I don't even feel the movement from him getting into bed. I can actually feel a temperature difference in the new bed. It also comes with a washable cover. The only negative I have is the weight of the mattress. It definitely takes two people to move the mattress around but how often would you move a mattress around your room? Overall I am excited to have this mattress and I would recommend the Tempur pro adapt. Everyone should enjoy a restful nights sleep. We spend a good portion of our lives in bed. It should be comfortable. One more positive about this mattress. I use to have hip pain and I haven't experienced it since sleeping on this mattress. Take a chance and experience it for yourself.

Purchased mattress in 2020 and still too firm. The mattress I tried in the store was not this firm despite being the same model. I have tried everything, including a mattress topper which just made it too hot. After a couple years now, I still can't sleep well, waking up with back, hip, and should pain that I only have after sleeping in the bed. Unless you like a very firm bed, don't bother. I have the soft model and it has never been soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the product and customer service from ordering at the tempurpedic store, delivery to the unfortunate return were commendable. The proadapt medium hybrid split king did support my hips and back which I have issues with however i found my neck getting more sore (which I also have issues with, the mattress didn't cause but irritated). Purchased the tempurpedic neck pillow in hopes of fixing the issue with no luck. I have spoke to many friends who love the product it just didn't work for me. I was tempted to try another style but was worried it may result in the same neck issue.

We went into our Sleep Outfitters expecting go buy a more standard mattress. After trying several products we were encouraged to try the Temperdic. I have had recent back problems so was not afraid to spend the money on the Pro-adapt. I knew I could return it and choose something else if not pleased. As they say, after 3 weeks use, you will have to "pry this wonderful product out of my cold dead hands." It is just that comfortable. The sales staff at our store was very helpful and not at all pushy.

The morning that it was delivered, I woke with back pain. That afternoon, I laid down and slept for 3 hours. I never sleep in the evening. My back feels so much better. The spinal support is amazing. I also get hot at night, and this is so much better.

We originally purchased the Pro Adapt Firm, but couldn't get comfortable. It actually made my hips hurt. We were able to exchange it for the Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid. Such a great difference and we love the Pro Adapt Medium Hybrid! It makes all the difference, and my hips are comfortable.

Perfect mattress, firm but comfortable. It gives the support you need, but with the softness all at the same time. The adjustable frame makes my life easier. I'm so glad I made this purchase.
