[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had slept on a firm Tempurpedic mattress at a hotel, and decided to buy one based on that. At the store, I realized that a slightly less firm one actually feels better on joints. The bed is super comfortable, and I find that I change position much less during the night (usually 2-3 times only). That makes for a more restful night and I wake up more alert and ready to go. At first, the 'squishiness' of the mattress when I sat on it made me wonder if it would be comfy, but it is the most comfortable one I've ever had.

I love this mattress and adjustable base and especially the massage unit. Unfortunately the massage motor started going "weird" on me, almost stopping while massaging. Called customer service and a new replacement motor was installed within a week. I cannot say enough about the customer service rep., along with the service rep. Thank you for a wonderful bed! I should have bought one years ago.

I had a 20+ year old mattress and really needed a new one because I was having problems with my back. I have been on the road to wellness and getting a new mattress was part of that process. The first 2 weeks of having the new mattress, my hips were stiff but now that it was been almost a month, I have adjusted! I sleep great and seriously, hard to get up in the morning because it is so comfortable. Pricey but in the long run, worth it!

Our current temper-pedic pro adapt soft is not providing nearly the same sleep quality we were hoping to experience. We are very disappointed with the new technology. Please bring back the old school product. This bed is nothing more than a sub par example of your leading product we first purchase years ago. Giving soft a bad name. Yes I will be returning this mattress. Thank god we purchased this mattress direct so we can get our money back. Sorry but I it's the honest truth.

Our innerspring mattress was 10 years old and we had been waking up with aches, pains and not feeling rested. Mind you, we are in our early 30's. We tried out all the tempur-pedic pro adapt models in store and settled on the king size medium hybrid. The adjustment period was literally a matter of days for us. The medium hybrid provides the perfect amount of support without being too firm for us and I think the transition from innerspring to memory foam was really easy because it's a hybrid. We look forward to going to bed every night and wake up feeling refreshed with no aches and pains. It has really helped improve our alignment as well. Wish we would have bought this sooner. We also bought the ergo base and love spending time in bed reading in zero gravity. Can't recommend this mattress enough! Pricey but well worth it. We have had our mattress almost 4 months.

I've had my Pro-Adapt Soft mattress for nearly 6 weeks, and I'm still just sleeping on top of it. It's not conforming to my body at all. I tried walking on it daily to break it in more quickly, but that didn't seem to make a difference. My shoulders get sore when I sleep on my sides, and my back hurts in the morning. I would definitely say it's not worth the cost.

Ok people, I'm 22 years old. I've slept in three beds in my entire life. Obviously started out in a crib, moved to a twin and slept on that same mattress until about 19. Moved in with my fiance and sleeping in a king mattress until May 11th 2020 when our Split King Pro-Adapt mattresses finally arrived! We both got to the point where we were having a lot of problems in our old mattress. He has sciatic nerve issues occasionally and is always tossing and turning. I am a very light sleeper and was barely sleeping the last 3 weeks before our new mattress was delivered. The nerves in my lower legs also seem to go crazy when I am laying down so any type of movement from my fiance makes it that much more stressful especially when he thinks he has to launch hmself in and out of bed in the middle of the night lol. It was miserable! We decided to get a firm split king because of our different needs though we both wanted a firm mattress and I had read previous reviews where some people no longer felt their partner move around so that really made me want a split king. We decided to pair it with the Ergo adjustable base (Separate review.. life changing) and it took over a month to get everything delivered but finally low and behold we are sleeping better! Love me a firm mattress! Our old one just felt too soft and I couldn't seem to find a position where my body truley felt relaxed. I barely feel him moving around and the nerves in my legs have calmed down so much I would assume due to now I sleep wih the bottom end of the mattress lifted (Thanks Ergo base)! I have been sleeping better though still having some issues on night where I just can't sleep. I am getting ready to buy some new pillows from here that I think will work with the mattress and base and completely fix all of my problems! If you get a firm, once you set it up, it will feel really hard but don't be alarmed! That will change when it warms up to the temp of the room. When we set it up and sat on it, we looked at each other like uhhhhhhh this is like laying on cement and we were hoping we didn't just make a giant mistake lol but nope it was perfect once it warmed up! Only thing that kind of sucks is that I read you shouldn't use heated blankets on the mattress. I have been using a heated blanket the passed 2 years since my feet can't ever get warm. They are always freezing cold at night and would cramp up in the middle of the night so I'm having a lot more cramping now but it's a small price to pay. I think I just need a better comforter. Overall, I love this mattress and am trying to convince my parents they should get one too! Was well worth the money! You spend a big portion of your life in bed. Might as well be comfy! All of my future bed products will now be purchased through Tempur-Pedic!

I love the new mattress but I wish I had purchased a Medium rather than a Firm. The Firm is excellent quality and there is nothing wrong with the mattress but it is a bit too firm for my needs which I didn't realize at the time of purchase. I may invest in a cushion (foam) topping to add a bit of softening but overall, I like the mattress and the quality is outstanding.

It's pretty clear that my husband and I LOVE this brand, all around! Before we had decided to buy the ProAdapt Firm mattress, we used one of the first models of the Cloud and enjoyed it for almost ten years. After purchasing the ProAdapt, we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the mattress pad and covering provided, and are confident to say that it is worth every penny spent! The Firm hardness is perfect for the both of us and we've had no trouble sleeping since. While in the process of moving house, we had a problem and had to utilize the mattress warranty. The customer strive was very responsive and was quick to replace the product with pickup included. The delivery guys were also very friendly. We would definitely buy from them again.

Our only issue is that the mattress is so very heavy that we do not have the strength to rotate it from time to time, as suggested in the instructions for break-in and ongoing care. And there are no handles sewn into the mattress to help with lifting and moving.
