I like it so much and then the next day I bought another ps5 to my son. He really love it.

I was able to obtain this item at a great price more locally than I would have elsewhere

The console flickers on and off.  Sony needs to fix that

Product was already opened, replacement was incorrect and opened as well. The return has been the WORSE even in my life. Service was even worse. No return of money yet after almost a month. All reps have promised resolution and nothing yet.

worse experience ever with the product & Online

I have never been much of a gamer, but the graphics are amazing if you have a good TV. There are so many games available to play. Now, I can enjoy gaming with my son, even though we live in different areas. I would give this experience a 5 out of 5!
