My Sam’s club account got hacked into and someone in Florida purchased this with my app under scan and go! It has been such a pain to get the money back from my bank! I’m ready to just cancel my whole membership since I can’t get any assistance or guidance.

Do not order this item to be shipped from Sam’s. My PlayStation was sent in its original box without any protection or discreet packaging which you would expect for such an expensive item. It was also delivered to a different address but thankfully I was able to retrieve it before anything bad happened.

I'm frustrated and have done everything, bought a cooling system, constantly dust it, in a very clean environment, even removed the face plates so it won't overheat and it still constantly shuts down… I've been all over Google trying to figure out what to do and there is no easy fix. Thanks the only PlayStation model I've had issues with…

My kids love this gaming system. Keep some occupied and busy all day and they can play against family from far and near

First day of owning I put the game in and it’s buzzing like crazy very loud. Literally right out of the box

We love it I got my fiancé one last year and he got me one this year. Always been a PS fan since I was young so maybe I’m biased lol
