the flavor for these I could not get past - they were like candy

If I wanted sugar in my OTC items… returned

I bought these gummy’s they were delivered with no box they were stickie and moist like they had been extremely hot I tried them twice they taste bad and tastes of nothing but sugar

I do not find these to help me sleep. They do help some with muscles. They taste great. I like that they have real sugar & no sugar substitutes (which I'm allergic) & none of that disgusting gelatin.

Slimy and wet is the best way to describe the Magnesium gummies. I've used this product before and really liked it but the last 3 time I've bought them, over the last year, they are slimy wet and gooey. The first time I thought it was just a one off, maybe one bad batch. But it can't be the same bad batch for that many times. I can't stand it any more. I still get the CoQ10 gummies because they are just fine. But no more Magnesium, I just can't do slimy wet gummies any more! And It is so disappointing. I keep hoping that they will fix the problem because i want them to be what they were. But wanting doesn't change what is.

BEWARE - this product is a laxative! I had been taking magnesium and it helps my arthritis pain more than you can imagine. But if you Google magnesium citrate, the definition of this is a laxative you use for a short period of time. Nowhere on the bottle does it say anything about side effects or anything about the affect it has on your body. I took it for 4 days and had major bowel issues but I thought it was because of something I ate. I told my doctor I was taking it and she said "it can cause bowel problems" - and THEN I knew why I had been suffering. I stopped taking it 8 days ago and I still have issues. I can't believe there is nothing on this about what it really is and what it does to your body. But magnesium helps me a lot - just not the "citrate"!
