My family is from Colorado so I’m absolutely ready to bring this out when the Broncos play. CO is basically square shaped so it’s nice that I can use it for any other occasion too. Love that it can go in the dishwasher, microwave (if it’ll fit lol), and oven!

This dish performed exceptionally well in our lasagna test by baking casseroles with crispy edges and perfectly tender centers. The extra-deep sides are perfect for layering homestyle dishes like mac and cheese or enchiladas.
