they are delicious, I have them at hand and scoop a little of them a few times a day. Other than fresh fruit, no more cravings for other (not so great) stuff.

The only disappointment is that there is to much salt for the community on restricted diets. I believe your sales would increase if changed to sea salt and use 1/3 less salt.

My husband and I are both addicted to this mix. We each have a small dish of this every evening. It is a wonderful assortment and I am happy to say not spicy at all. I almost didn't want to write this review because I didn't want everyone buying it and the store running out.

This is a tasty snack that I don’t find in all Sam’s Clubs, just certain ones it seems. My only complaint is it has too many sunflower kernels and they all sift down to the bottom so you end up with almost nothing but sunflower seeds by the time you get toward the end of the package. I like sunflower seeds and there’s no real way to prevent that settling, so it doesn’t take a star away or anything. I just think maybe there should be just a little less sunflower seeds in the mix.

I have repeatedly bought this item believing it provides healthy snacking, especially convenient on long road trips, now in a new, more reusable container which I like better than the former one; also allows you to see contents before purchase and opening.

Mix is alright. Would be better with a spicy flavor, too bland

It's really not too bad, but it's actually a jar of almonds with a few other nuts sprinkled in.

I enjoy this snack. Watch eating too much at a time if you want to limit carbs.
