I have been using these heavy duty scrub sponges by 3M for ages. Each pad has two sides: one is a yellow sponge, and the other is tougher dark green scrubbing surface. I have used these sponges mostly to do dishes; the green side works great for knives, they will not cut through it as you wash them, and also for scrubbing non-stick frying pans.However, dishwashing is not the only use these sponges have gotten over the years in my home. They have helped me to clean my stove, fridge, bath tub, shower, and a ton more. The yellow sponge will eventually wear out, but generally speaking, these pads are durable and long lasting.They are high quality, long lasting, and relatively inexpensive. I love the Scotch Brite Heavy Duty Scrub pad with sponge. They are tough and last a long time. I use one for dishes and kettles, and one for side boards and cupboard faces. We keep one in the bath for the sink and one for the shower in each bathroom. They also are nice to have in the car for cleaning up spills. We always take a few along when friends are moving in or out of an apt. or home and a bunch of us get together to help clean up the place for the couple. It sure makes clean-up a breeze! Removes stubborn stains quickly with the scrubbing end. And the sponge cleans up easy too. I want to try the 'Greener Clean' when it gets up our way! I use the scrub sponge in the kitchen for doing dishes and for extra cleaning on some tough stuff. I love the versitility of flip it if I need it! It also works great in the tub and bathroom sink. The scrubber works hard but doesn't scatch up the tub! It is the only scrubber sponge I use around the house. I have to mention, I like things clean and I have progressed MS and I am always trying to find things to make it easier for me to do my cleaning easier. I find that quality in the Scrubber sponge. Scotch-Brite heavy duty sponges have been a staple at our house for over 20 years. They have been the best until recently. The quality seems to be inferior now. The green pad falls apart after a couple of weeks. The change seems to have happened since they went from a rectangular sponge to a ‘wave’ shape. Please bring the high standards back!!!

hello, I have already bought the Scoth Brite Sponge three times, but the sponges do not last a week, they detach from the most abrasive part and the sponge keeps falling apart, it seems very fragile, and it does not last even a week, I would like to know if you can review it this product. I have been buying cleaning supplies for more than fifty years, and Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges are quite simply the best scrubber sponges available on this planet, at any price! I buy them in bulk quantities. I keep one sponge in the kitchen for general clean-up duties, a second one nearby just for washing the dishes, a third in the bathroom (it does get rather nasty in there), one in my desk (yes, I have been known to spill my morning java), several in the car (indispensable for windshields and messy passengers), and half a dozen in the garage (for those all-too-frequent "dagnabbit!" moments). If Scotch-Brite products were ever taken off the market I would have a stroke. Simply stated, a world without Scotch-Brite would truly be an unending nightmare! My Last Will and Testament stipulates that a case of Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges be packed inside my coffin! 5 stars THE SCOTCH BRITE HEAVY DUTY SPONGE HAS BEEN A FAVORITE OF MINE FOR MANY YEARS. I KEEP TWO SPONGES BY MY SINK AT ALL TIMES. ONE FOR MY DISHES AND ONE FOR COUNTERS, QUICK WIPE UPS ON THE FLOOR AND AROUND THE HOUSE. I CUT A CORNER OF THE SPONGE SO THAT I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE AND ROTATE WITH A NEW SPONGE WHEN NEEDED. i HAVE EVEN BEEN KNOWN TO BRING THIS SPONGE WHEN VISITING FRIENDS AND RELATIVES. I LOVE THE SPONGE (I DON'T LIKE NYLON SPONGES)AND THE SCRUB PART IS BETTER THAN ANY OTHER THAT I HAVE TRIED.

I tried the heavy duty sponges as I cook a lot and always have a pretty large mess to clean up. It was all a breeze when cleaning with these sponges! All the baked on hard crusted food came off effortlessly! It was so refreshing to not have to scrub or soak for hours! Thanks for making such a great product!

The Scotch Brite Heavy Duty scrub sponge works well on baked on grease, baked on cheese and the grill for my charcoal barbequer. What I like the best about it is that it cleans my casserole dishes beautifully. I use those dishes often but they look brand new, no old baked on stains from previous meals. I enjoy my kitchen better when I can keep things looking new.
