[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried several scrub sponges through the years and I always end up going back to these Scotch Bright Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges. They do a wonderful job getting the stuck on food off the stove, pots and pans, and scuff marks off the floor. They are also great for soap scum in the shower / tub. I can remember my mom using these when I was young, she always had one for the sink and one for the floor. Any spots or scuffs on the floor and she would just toss the sponge on the floor and scrub it a bit with her foot before continuing her mopping. I asked her once why she did this and she said because her mom did and because it works. Well I am now grown with kids of my own and when my 13 year old daughter recently asked me the same question I asked my mom when I was little I found myself replying the same way. "Because my mom did it this way and it works so why fix what's not broken" These sponges have been around for a while and they work so why wouldn't you want to use them :)

My family and I own several rental properties that require deep cleaning when a tenant leaves. The Scotch-Brite heavy duty scrub sponges are always top on the list of essential products needed when preparing an apartment for a new tenant. We use them to clean and scrub soap scum, calcium deposits, and dirt in shower tubs and bathroom sinks. We also use them in kitchen for everything from wiping down cabinet fronts with the sponge side, to scrubing down the inside of an oven on the scrubber side. These durable scrub sponges are very versatile and have proven to be a life and time saver for our family over the years!

The Supper duty yellow sponge with the indestructible Green scrubber cleans the toughest dirt, it opens the surface of wall paper that is to be removed fast and easy, allowing the water to soften the old paste and the paper scrapes right with no effort and in record time!!!! outstanding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Scotch Brite Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge is the absolute best product to use on not only your dishes, but also on various cleaning jobs around the house. I use a separate sponge to clean the kitchen sink and counters, another in the bathroom, and yet another for the utility sink in the garage. I love the fact that one side has an abrasive pad that really gets through dirt, while the other sponge side makes it easy to wipe up excess water. The fact you can find them in bulk at warehouse stores makes it easy to always have them around!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this specific type of Scot-bright sponge the most and will always continue to go back to it. By far the best sponge for those of us who do not have dishwashers and still hand-wash our dishes. One side is gentle enough to use on plates, and the other side is for hard-core scrubbing whatever-that-was on the bottom of the pan your teenager cooked and subsequently burned in the pot after school. Great for those though jobs, but great for the every day glasses and plates cleaning too.

Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty sponges are the only ones we use at our house! They last forever & really do the job on difficult messes. We wouldn't use anything else. We've tried store and cheaper brands, but they don't last as long as Scotch-Brite. Your product coupons help tremendously. Keep up the good work!

I recently ran out of Scotch Brite sponges and found a firm sponge that I thought would work just as well . Boy was I surprised ! Not only did it not do the job, it became stinky very quickly and didn't have the strength to get the stuck on messes off. So as I usually do, I bought the multi-pack Scotch Brite on my next trip to the store . From now on I want only the toughest, gentle sponges for my best pots, pans and dishes . Thanks, Scotch Brite !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All around great product! The green side is the scouring side. It removes tough baked on food from my expensive pans without scratching them. The other side is a lot softer but has great scrubbing power also. I use the soft side to remove lipstick from my drinking glasses. I have always loved and used Scotch Brite for all of my cleaning needs because the product is so durable and reliable

I'm handicapped and people shop for me. I had asked for the regular Scotch-Brite scrub sponge but the shopper bought the heavy duty. I was worried that my cookware or dishes would be scratched by this product. Was I ever surprised! The scrubbers cleangreat without scratches on anything. Now I request the heavy duty scrubbers all the time. This scrubber is not hard on my nails either. Great, great product! Makes quick work of kitchen mistakes.

Whatever marketing clown suggested changing the shape from a rectangle to new and improved "S" shape should be fired. Yet another example of changing something that works to something that is stupid. This kind of thing infuriates customers and destroys brand loyalty.
