I recently tried the Clif brand of energy bars. I tried the Crunchy Peanut Butter, and the Chocolate bars. They were both very moist. The peanut butter did not have much of a peanut butter taste but was still good. The chocolate bar was naturally sweeter in taste but did not taste very chocolatey. These bars helped make me full if that is something you are interested in.

With 17g of added sugar (brown rice syrup, cane syrup, tapioca syrup) I do not consider these bars all that nutritional. I appreciate that the majority of ingredients are organic and that it has a good amount of protein and fiber. I like these as a snack for my grandchildren when we hike or bike, but wish there was less sugar. I personally do not like either flavor, but my grandchildren like both.

I had heard mixed reviews regarding the taste of Clif bars. I tried the Crunchy Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip bars and both were delicious. I had a bar with a glass of milk for breakfast the morning I had to move my office furniture into a storage unit. Five hours later, after moving heavy furniture and file cabinets non stop I realized that I hadn't eaten anything else and did not feel like I was dying of hunger. Although I would not recommend doing this, its nice to know that you can get some sustainable energy on the quick if needed. I will definitely keep some bars in the laptop bag for some quick energy when I'm on the go and don't have time to stop for food.

The Clif Bars are a quality product that tastes good for what they are. They were surprisingly heavy but so worth having them to eat as breakfast or nibble throughout the day. This product is made in the USA, which to me, matters and I can read and comprehend all the ingredients - they are not chemicals and strange additives.

These Clif bars are awesome! They have a great flavor and the energy that they provide lasts for hours while having very few calories. The offer two different flavors of peanut butter and chocolate chip. They both taste good but the peanut butter one is definitely my favorite. They are a great filling snack on the go and I highly recommend them!

The packaging is just the right size to pack in your walking belt when you are going on that long walk or hike. With only 250 calories (chocolate chip) or 260 calories (crunchy peanut butter) you will not feel guilty restoring your energy with these wonderful tasting bars. You can definitely tell that they are made with high quality products and can feel the nuttiness from the organic rolled oats. Most surprising was that the crunchy peanut butter was not “too” peanut buttery, which was a nice surprise. The chocolate chip version although it did have chips throughout was also not “too” chocolatey. They were both very soft with the peanut putter one a little more sticky on your fingers.

Received these clif bars (2 different flavors peanut butter and chocolate chip) as a sample from Sam’s wholesale to perform review. Since I love peanut butter decided that that would be the one I tried first, good flavor and texture. The next day I tried the chocolate chip bar and was not as pleased with the flavor, had some what of a medicine taste to it. The bars overall were not bad but don’t know that I would routinely purchase.

This was the first time I had ever tried a Clif Bar and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was!! I tried the chocolate chip and the peanut butter and I liked both of them very much. They have a good texture, soft and chewy and both tasted great. It was a good size bar for a snack. I don’t eat lunch at work until 1:00 so I had this for a snack at 10:00 and it kept me satisfied until lunchtime. I would absolutely recommend these bars for a great tasting, healthy snack.

I did like the taste however I couldn't eat all of it at once. It has too many carbs, calories and sugar for a diabetic person. It works as an energy bar. I love chocolate chips cookies bit I couldn't indulge in this product due to my health condition.

Finally, a bar that doesn't crumb like an old cookie. Personally, not a fan of the extremely high sugar content, but, that is what gives you energy, especially around the 3pm "slump". The chocolate chip bar tastes like a chocolate chip/oatmeal cookie without the horrible aftertaste many bars have. You won't need to drink a gallon of water just to digest one bite as there isn't a thick, chalky taste. I would definitely buy this brand again.
