Despite the large size they are able to be swallowed. The best part really though is no fishy aftertaste.

They have no aftertaste even when I lay down immediately after. These are a perfect addition to my daily supplement intake.

I don't really have a problem getting them down though. So far I don't have a problem with the fish oil coming back up on me, which I like. I haven't noticed a difference in my body other wise.

If you want extremely high quality fish oil with maximum levels of Omega 3s, then this is an an absolutely fantastic product. The cost is much lower than comparable brands and it also seems to aid my digestion and rid me of the heartburn and stomach bloat I often suffer from. Perhaps the mint added does more than just eliminate a "fishy" aftertaste-- mint is the 2nd ingredient in the Gas-X chewables I use for stomach bloating and cramps. This fish oil is the best I have used.
