It has an indicator light to tell you when to flip the waffle and when it's done. It rotates. It's easy to story. A quick and easy dinner for us!

We owned one of the mini models and that did a great job with the smaller size waffles. Bought this one and it really works great--heats up very fast and cooks them fast. Instructions said to coat the plates with oil or non-stick spray but I tried and the oil would not coat. Waffles released with no problem. They are VERY HOT.

We had also added sausage to our waffles and peaches (different fruits) while cooking and then there are chunks in the waffle. It cleans up pretty easy. I recommend cleaning right away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is good waffle maker. It is so easy to use that tweens and teens can use without any help. It makes thick fluffy waffles. The nonstick surface make clean up a breeze. The cord storage makes it store in a tidy manner. I was unable to fold the handle to have it store more compact, but it does store in a more smaller manner with the size and the way that it will lay.
