Just plug in and wait for the light. It's not as deep as some other Belgian waffle makers that I've had, but it's still a good size for a morning breakfast (or dinner). The cooking surface is easy to clean. I brushed it with oil before adding the batter and the waffles lifted off with no problem. The included recipe says it makes 8-10 waffles. Not even close, it makes three. But, you can triple the recipe and that will get you in the ballpark. It makes a decent waffle that looks just like the picture.

Waffles turned out nice and brown, I love that the grates are clean and PFOA free. It folds up nicely, including the cord making storage easy. It’s not the greatest quality but is good for the price. Perfect for a couple or a small gathering.

Instructions read to brush oil which we had forgotten, but the waffles came off without issue! The batter cooked evenly and well and came off like a dream. Easy to clean - no batter was stuck at all. I was worried when I purchased at the time due to so few reviews, so I had to stop by and let everyone know this is a KEEPER!

When I first brought it. It was great! The family loved the waffle maker. But after trying to use it today on Tuesday Feb 21, 2023. It does not work anymore. I used about 5 different plugs in my house to see if it was my outlets but it’s not. The waffle maker broke on me 😒🫣.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waffles are one of my favorite foods and was so excited to get this. It works just like one of those at the buffet in a hotel. I felt so fancy using it. The only thing was figuring out the perfect amount of batter to use. After that. You are literally golden. Golden delicious and fluffy waffles whenever you want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This waffle maker is awesome. It is super well made. Quality materials & fantastic style. I love the aqua color to match my other Dash products. It heats fast, cleans wonderful & makes super good waffles. I love the flip addition to this. I have a large household & this keeps up with our breakfasts!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed my new waffle maker. I was used to an old cast iron one, but this is much lighter and easier to operate. It is also much easier to clean, which is definitely a bonus when you are pumping out waffles for the whole family. It seems to heat evenly and has performed better than I had originally expected. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good homemade waffle on occasion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not all waffle makers are created equal & this one was clearly made extra special with plates free of PFOA. The non-stick coating is mess free & easy to just wipe clean. I appreciate the sleek design & how it folds upright, without taking up too much space in the kitchen. The plate underneath to catch any mess was a real extra bonus. We actually made chicken and waffles last night with cheddar & Oldboy biscuit mix. It was delicious! I’m so sorry I didn’t take pictures. If you’re on the hunt for nice waffle maker at an affordable price, this one is definitely worth trying out.
