I bought this product because of upcoming trip that my family and I are taking and I wanted to get this speaker because of the sound and how portable it was to travel. I love Bose products because we have sound bar and I love the sound quality that it produces.

I’ve had this for 3-4 months now and I am really impressed again by the sound from a smaller speaker such as this. Bass is very good for a pint sized speaker and now I will be ordering a second one to add the spatial atmosphere to my listening enjoyment.

I purchased the Sound Flex for my son's rehearsal dinner. I was intending to get it to paire with my Bose color link 2. It might be my phone but it took me a while to figure out pairing. We have had the color link for at least 7 years. Had to update firmware . Took 2 hours. At the end, got everything to work and it sounds great

I bought this as. Replacement for a portable speaker that has lasted a very long time. This new model has been fantastic. Easy to set up and we love the AI voice. Smaller than its predecessor but sends out a Fanta sound when we are in our garden. And the waterproof quality is a bonus!

I bought this not quite a month ago and it is everything I expected from Bose. Sound, quality, size and the ease of connecting it to my iPhone were all great. I would recommend the sound link flex Bluetooth speaker to anyone and I think the price is great for the quality you get.

These speakers have a good sound. The battery lasts a long time. The size is nice, sits easily almost anywhere. They don't come with full documentation, you have to go online and download it. They can be used without the app but I don't believe there is a way to adjust the tone manually without it.

I bought this speaker about a month ago. It had great sound but if I receive a phone call while I’m connected to the speaker the speaker drops the connection to my phone and I have to turn my Bluetooth off and on again to reconnect the speaker every time. Any other blue tooth speaker I’ve had would automatically reconnect after the call. Other than that I would’ve given it 5 stars but that’s a real problem.

Overall, I'm very happy with these speakers. Love the Carmine Red color and how easy it is to carry the speakers with you around the house. We use the pair together and separately. I do wish the bass sound was crisper on rap songs - there is quite a bit of static which I wouldn't expect from Bose. I also often struggle to put the speakers in Party Mode despite following support instructions. Seems like this should be a more seamless process given it is a key selling point. Maybe a patch for drivers can be made to resolve that issue in future.

The Bose Soundlink Flex is an amazing sound system for the workplace. With a couple of taps on the soundlink app you can easily turn a boring back room into a pleasant work environment. Crisp sound, excellent volume, now the only concern is the boss telling me to turn it down. Love my Bose speakers!

I bought this a few weeks ago and I am AMAZED. I've had a vehicle with Bose speakers, and a Sounddock and that's about the extent of my experience with Bose. The car, and Sounddock both sounded amazing and I really wanted to try their portable speaker. It did NOT disappoint. I am now a Bose customer for life, as long as the quality is this great! I cannot believe the sound that comes out of this little speaker. It has some heft to it, which just makes it feel premium. It feels solid and well built. Play time of around 12 hours is accurate at a little over half volume. I also appreciate the USB C charging port so I don't have to carry around a proprietary charger. I enjoyed it enough that I bought a second one so I can enjoy them in stereo mode! My only concern is, when you leave it off, and unplugged it drains the battery. After sitting 3 days from being left fully charged, it'll be down to about 70% so it seems like it loses 10% each day it sits. Very odd. The other speaker is about the same, but not as bad. This is the only reason I'm rating it 4 stars, and not 5, because it really is an amazing speaker, but the discharge could be disappointing if you're expecting it to be fully charged and it isn't! If this is some sort of battery protection system to enable the battery to last longer, then I apologize and will redact my statement. I'm not sure.
