I purchased many sets in 2016 use daily and they are still good today. Purchased 2 Sets. My family loves them. 5/20/24

These towels look horrible after a couple of washes as they become completely covered with loose threads.

I love these towels! They hold up great to frequent washing, staying soft after many loads. We have had the same set for a few years and just bought more as a housewarming gift.

I've bought these towels a few times before in white & had no problems. But I purchased 2 sets in the color (zinc) recently & have washed them 3 times but they still shed.

What happened to open stock? Love these towels, but the washcloths are used the most and seem to wear out quickly. All we need are just washcloths. You need to change the way you are marketing this product.

I have bought the Members Mark towels for several years. But these with the white Hotel label seem to start to separate after a few months of use. They are pulling apart when stretched to dry off. We do bleach lightly when washing.

Why don’t you have more colors, and more of the sheets that you used to have. The hotel premier collection, with 4 pillow cases were the best ones ever. Why do you only have gray? That is why we haven’t come there in months.

I received these in the mail and immediately washed them. They did not wash well. There is blue lint every where in the washer and in the dryer vent. There are also a lot of loose threads. So far, I am not impressed.

The color is a nice gray that matches my bathroom perfectly. They wash great and are holding up very well. The bath towels are much larger than my other standard bath towels which is great. I can wrap up fully in these towels. I am so pleased with this set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am super happy with this new towel set. First of all, I love the color choices offered. I had a hard time deciding on which to choose. I ended up picking the sea green color which is a beautiful shade that compliments my bathroom. The set came with washcloths and hand towels, which are great, but the two bath towels it came with are my most favorite ever! They are so big, soft, and absorbent. Many times, companies will advertise these features and fall short on delivering. But this is truly a high quality set that I feel will last a long time and still never run thread bare. This set would be great for wedding showers as well as for overnight house guests. But I’m happy to use them as every day towels for my family!
