[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first time trying a disposable underwear for bladder leaks/ menstrual bleeding. I realized that I ended up the a size too big for me so that may impact my feelings about them. They did provide great protection for those little bladder leaks when you just can’t get to the bathroom in time. However I found them just bulky, not comfortable, and just seems like cheap disposable fabric with a huge pad stuck in them. It was so noticeable to me all the time that I had it on. Because my bladder leaks are usually not too bad I probably would not use these for them. Also for my menstrual cycle I would rather sick to ultra tampons and thin pads/lines. It’s just not for me.

They are easy to remove and don't show through clothes either. These are the closest to the feel, look, and fit of underwear you can get in a product with great protection against leaks.

They REALLY do look & feel as close to real Underwear as any leakage product I've tried. (And I've tried several) not to mention they did their job of controlling every accident I had. Simply the perfect pair of Disposable underwear for urine leakage. Hands down! Highly recommend!

I just said surgery and needed something for padding. And leaks as well. They worked for hours. I am going to now buy these on a regular basis. Recommend these 2 absolutely everyone. I suffer from RA and have to take fluid pills so I am not always able to control my bladder. Having something on that feels comfortable and fits well is very reassuring. It really is not fun to need the protection but I am glad to have a product that works so that I can go out and enjoy some of my life.

They dont slip and slide and fit perfect. I feel like I'm wearing regular underwear. I sleep comfortable in them. They absorb well. A great quality and value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find these Depend Silhouettes to be very comfortable, absorbent, and breathable. I don't sweat in these or get any irritation. I am 5' 5.5" and 130 lbs. I normally would get a size Small in these, but decided to try a Medium instead, and the Medium fits me better. The Medium fits my butt better without riding up on me and having to constantly pull it down, and I do not have a bigger sized behind by any means. The Medium also fits slightly looser on my pelvic area and doesn't cause too much pressure making me feel the need to go more often and causing me discomfort when it's that time of the month.
