[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thankfully no one in my household needs incontinence wear, so my daughter actually tried these out as overnight pads for her heavy menstrual cycle, and she loved it! She liked that it was comfortable, she had no leaks, and did not have to worry about the pad moving around while she sleeps. If it holds blood well, I’m sure it would work great for its intended function too.

The only issue I had was the size, the medium runs a little large, I usually wear 8-10 clothing and they were somewhat big, would have liked them to be a bit more snug.

The Depend Silhouette brand briefs were more comfortable, softer, and reliable than any other ones I have tried.They are more like fabric and less harsh than the others also and after wearing them they did not tear up inside like the others or sag in the crotch which made feel like I had a bulky rag between my legs.I felt more like a woman.

With #Depend underwear I am able to go out and about without anyone knowing that I am wearing a disposable underwear and I know that this is a product that I can "Depend" on!!!

I did not like that these were made with the white pad area and not the blue. They leak out the sides. I don’t know why some have the white pad area and some the blue. I have also ordered from Amazon (a little less per box) and they have the blue pad area. These panties are too expensive to be unhappy with them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previous purchases of other brands including both name brand and generic store brand cannot compare to the Depends Silhouette Briefs. The color and texture keep them discreet and do not show them as an obvious incontinence product. In addition, other brands can catch on clothes or snag, or end up really uncomfortable, shifted or pulling on overnight use. The Depends Silhouette Briefs did not wiggle, move, or shift and they were comfortable and silky to wear, almost like regular, non incontinence panties. The texture is an obvious difference and could offer someone who has to wear them all the time rather than for specific times (like overnight) a lot more comfort than other brands and a lot less possibility of sores due to rubbing in prolonged use as has occurred with other brands, even with proper care.

They fit more like my natural underwear. No one needs to know your wearing a diaper but you. Best of all the product works wonderful no leaks or odors. I can go about my day worry free.
