great service, a little under staffed at peak time

Went to schedule appointment and they didn’t have the tires that were purchased. Didn’t have the appointment on poor see their books and the service lady was very rude when we Were trying to figure out what was going on and why they didn’t have the tires we purchased.

Poor customer service

I haven’t really had them long enough but I’m getting a smoother ride on the all season radial tires and I also noticed and increase on MPG which is excellent.
