Great Carrots!

I bought these because I am on old fashion gal that likes to get back to basics with food. I like peeling them and cutting them up for later. I think they taste better than the new pre-washed style, which I have not heard good things about. I will let you do the research on that. I use these in salad by shaving them in lettuce, I cut the rest up to eat later. I also cut carrots into smaller chunks to use in stew. Then there is the carrot used as a vegetable at dinner time, cut them into smaller chunks and boil them.

If you like carrots, this is a great deal. 5 lbs of top quality, fresh, crispy and great tasting carrots. We slices them for buttered carrots, use in soups, shred for salads, cut into strips for snacks and so much more. Carrots are healthy and very versatile. They can be used in so many recipes.
