Always good carrots. They taste a lot better than “baby carrots” or carrots sold in blister packs. And these keep well for weeks in the fridge.

These 5 lb bags of carrots used to be organic and now they’re not. They also used to be much thicker but now all the bags were full of skinny carrots. Quality has really gone downhill.

Some are not fresh - they seems they have been almost frozen and then thawed. These can not be used with hors d'oeuvres - best use for soups only so the texture does not matter
