We had an issue with a Bentgo box we had purchased. I contacted customer service. They got back to us so quickly and we’re so kind and understanding. My daughter loves this lunch box so much. The unicorns are super cute and the compartments are the perfect size. I will be buying more when my other daughter reaches school age

A bought a Bentgo box for my daughter last school yr. Unfortunately one of the clasps broke. I noticed on the box of the new purchase they have a 2 yr warranty. I sent out a email and was pleasantly suprised that the honored that a d sent me out a new bentgo. Definitely a Great purchase and experience. Thanks Bengo!

My son was gifted this lunch box for his first day of preschool he absolutely loves it and it makes his lunch time more fun and enjoyable not to mention how easy and convenient it is for me as a mother to pack lunch for him in it. He prefers his dinosaur Bentgo lunch box over any other lunchbox sadly his did break but I’ll definitely hands down be purchasing a new one and definitely still be recommending the Bentgo lunch box to all my mommy friends!

Bentgo saw my review and got in touch about it. They worked with me to find a solution to honor the warranty without the receipt with the retailer I purchased from for proof of purchase. I had a replacement within days. They have the best customer service.

Cons: The inner plastic partition can be put on top rack of dishwasher, but I'd recommend only hand washing the outer shell because the silicone will warp. Even with the warping, the box opens and closes easily. Pros: Love the larger portion sizes as compared to other lunch boxes. Love the designs, and the matching back pack is very roomy and has a compartment for the lunch box. Excellent customer service. Will be repurchasing again, with the knowledge of proper cleaning.

I purchased two of the Bentgo boxes for my daughter (4 years old). She absolutely loves the design of the mermaids. The box provides get sizes for a variety of items for her lunch. The container is easy to open and close, so she does not need assistance from the teachers. I had to contact customer service and the support and quick responses helped answer all questions I had. Great service and product!

Love the bento style! Makes the food more interesting for my kids! I love the designs and hopefully they will have more characters like Disney which my kids love and would definitely buy it asap! So far my kids love it, easy to open, clean and store. The rubber feature around the box prevents my kid from spilling their food so it is a plus! Would highly recommend!

I purchased the Bentgo Kids Prints Lunchbox for my daughter I could not be happier with my purchase! We got it in the puppy love print to match her Bentgo lunch bag, ice packs, water bottle, utensils and backpack. We did the mermaid scale print when she was in Montessori school through 1st grade and for 2nd grade this year, we went with the puppy print. She usually packs things like hummus, ketchup and yogurt and she doesn’t have to worry about them leaking in her lunch because the lunch box is leakproof. The tray is also microwaveable so we can heat up leftover lunch. It’s a great way to make sure she eats a healthy variety of foods and it keeps her eating for a while! We’ve been using Bentgo products for a while now. It’s also dishwasher friendly! I love how the rubber edges protect the box when dropped as well! She even wants to pack it on weekends lol. We love the bengo boxes! I love that it helps me to provide a variety of food for my kids. We have 4 boxes, but one of the boxes has always been hard to open. It wasn't a problem, until my daughter went to school and she couldn't open her box without help. I contacted customer service with the issue and they are sending a new box! They have excellent customer service!

This has been the best bento style lunchbox for my kids. We love our Bentgo boxes! My kids have 2 of these kids boxes and I have a larger one and they have lasted over 2 years. A tip would be to make sure to wash the silicone part on the inside of the box well to keep it clean and smelling fresh.
