I purchased this 9 months ago because it was highly recommended by other parents. Unfortunately the inside tray cracked unexpectedly. I reached out to Bentgo customer service and they shipped me a replacement tray in two days. I’m extremely happy with the product and even more impressed by the customer service.

I reached out and asked for replacements for our 2 bentgo boxes and they have deformed and no longer close. In order to receive replacements, I was told to send pictures, then told to send the product code, and now told I must leave a review. I was quite happy with them before, and had even planned to buy 2 more, but after this process, I am not sure about that.

My daughter used this everyday in her first year of school. It is very convenient to sort and separate all of her food/snacks. We noticed some black dots on the rubber interior of the container so I called customer service regarding the warranty and they were great and offered me a replacement. I will be buying Bentgo again in the future

We started using this about 5 months ago and it was super convenient for daycare. I did notice some black spots appearing on the rubber areas on the cover. I contacted customer service and they offered to replace the item and provided tips on how to clean the box (vinegar and soaking). Overall, very satisfied!

Our Bentgo boxes are perfect for keeping make ahead lunches fresh for the next school day! The compartments are appropriately sized for my children's appetites, ages 6 and 8. They also allow us to cut down on using several wasteful ziplock baggies each lunch. We are big fans and love the fun patterns too : )

Before my child started kindergarten, I looked at many lunch box options and Bentgo ticked all the boxes. It's leakproof and very easy for my child to open. I love the fact that the tray is removable which makes it so convenient to clean. I've been using it for about 2 years now and it still looks new. Well worth the money and the compartments make it so easy to pack lunches. Great design and comes in super adorable prints. 100 percent recommend it to every parent.

We have had this for about a year now and it's easy for my kids to pack their own lunches because they use the compartments as a guide for healthy food choices. Entree, fruit, veggie, something crispy, and usually use the middle circle for cut up cheese. I know my preschoolers teachers appreciate not having to help open lunch "things" everyday too. The only issue we have had is the rubber seal getting mold on it, don't forget it in a backpack. Customer service has been easy to work with in resolving the issue.

My son really like his lunch box as it has lots of section. Over the school year, part of the rubber became black in one section and wouldn't come out. I reached out to the customer service support team and the representative was supportive in helping to get a new lunch box out to me. The process was very smooth and I am very appreciative to the representative.

My daughter takes her Bentgo to school but recently got some tomato/pasta sauce on the outside rubber part and I was having a difficult time removing the stains. I contacted customer service and they offered some cleaning recommendations that I tried but unfortunately it didn't remove the stains. They went beyond and sent me a replacement! Great customer service and great product!

My daughters have been loving their Bentgo boxes since school started. We use both the regular and chill Bentgo boxes and they both work well depending on what they want to put in their lunch on a given day. It is great to pack balanced components of the meal and they have fun picking out foods to fill all the compartments! Customer service was very timely and helpful working through an issue I had!
