I finally replaced our first set of Bentgo boxes over the summer - our last ones survived more than 3 years with preschool boys in an outdoor school. I was shocked that they lasted as long as they did, we had alternate lunch boxes one year that didn’t even survive the full year. I’ll be sticking with these for the rest of my kids childhood, for sure.

I purchased this water bottle about 2 months ago and found it very hard to clean around the straw. There was mold build up. I contacted customer service, and they are replacing the bottle and have provided instructions on how to clean the straw area effectively to help reduce reoccurrence of mold build up. My daughter likes the easiness of using the water bottle and I will give it another try.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to try this product for my son and he loved it. Using the Bento box actually made him excited for school again. He say he enjoys lunch the most still. He enjoys trying different meals and seeing how the fit in his box.

I bought this lunchbox for my kindergartener in aug 2023. It is now dec 2023 and the lunchbox is very difficult to close, like it is warped or something. I am in contact with customer service, which seems to be more than accommodating when these things happen. Otherwise, I feel this is more for toddlers, not for kids 5+ (unless your kid doesn’t eat). The sections are nice but it’s very difficult to fit a full sandwich. It’s def big enough for a half sandwich. My kid eats so, this doesn’t suit him.

I really don’t write reviews often however this company and there lunch boxes are great! They have multiple compartments which makes it easy to store all kinds of food for your loved one! Customer service is phenomenal and I won’t be purchasing anything else!

I bought the rainbow and butterfly bentgo box for my granddaughter for preschool. She absolutely loves it. No more soggy sandwiches. She likes the divided compartments so her food items stay separate. The Bentgo box is super easy for little hands to open and close

I used these lunchboxes for my pre-k and kindergarten girls. We have 2 of the boxes and it is a perfect set up to prep 2 lunches at a time and store them; I love that the girls are able to open & close the boxes without assistance and the bag is perfect for sending the box to school. The girls loved all the designs and had a difficult time picking their favorite. When one of the snaps broke, customer service was exceptional and quickly got a replacement in the mail to us We will be using these boxes for years to come!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Bentgo for over 6 years. This lunch box has been a life saver for our family. Everything fits super nice & the food compartment help to give the little ones options of food selection. Food stay at room temperature or semi warm. Easy to open for little hands. Also you have to get the bentgo lunch deluxe to pack fit this item extra nicely. Add more things on the side of your child wishes. Or water bottle. My daughter has now this version but in girly color. My son is now 8 years old and we still use dependíng on meal for the day - if I make a bulkier lunch, we use the bentgo salad box or the lunch box with sandwich option compartment. My child like that everything is in one place and I enjoy only having to wash one container. We experienced an issue- the insert cracked when I dropped it in the sink while washing. Customer service was very helpful and a replacement insert is scheduled to arrive in a few days.
