Such a terrific lunchbox. My child loves the prints, the number of sections and sizes of sections are great, and each section stays airtight and keeps food from spilling between sections (even semi-liquids). I have two of this style and am buying snack boxes next. ;-)

Great water bottle but I wish there was more of a design selection to match the other designs of the lunchbox and bento set designs. My little one really likes the construction set but sadly, like many of the others, they don't offer a matching water bottle so we settled for Monster trucks. It would be great if there were more "full sets" of the different designs offered.

To start the boxes are a great design, and the prints are nice for children. The boxes will do what they are intended for. We are putting together 50 kindergarten start-up boxes for incoming underprivileged kids in SF. The part that I didn’t like is the customer service was not that great. Anyone thats experienced Chewy customer service they set the standard for customer service. It’s a company for pets. There was no discount consider for buying 50 boxes. For something we plan to continue to do for years to come. The customer service sounded like a teenager answering a call from home that had no customer service training or skills. We hope to use these in future, but will definitely be looking for other options.

These are the absolute best lunch boxes for kids 2-10, we’ve gotten so much use out of ours and they’re so convenient! They’re easy to open, dishwasher safe and my kids just love them because all their foods are in different compartments. You know toddlers like their food separated lol

Great! Love the design. I wish I could put the box in the dishwasher, getting around the seals can be tough but I understand the heat would ruin the seal which is the selling point! overall my kids love it! It’s always a game to guess what was put in the center.

Bought thinking ‘great a warranty these things never last.’ Three years later and they still work like new. My kids love them. The little circle in the center gets candy. They are so into it they used them through the pandemic at home. We have 9 of them (3 kid family). They need more kids prints to keep up with us!

5 star for the product itself, 1 star for customer service. This is my 3rd bentgo box and prefer it over other brands because of its durability. I’ve never had an issue shipping before (ordered from Amazon), but this time I ordered through the company itself. It said my box was delivered (via the tracking #), but it wasn’t. So I tried to submit a claim with UPS and the tracking link said I had to go through USPS, so I tried to submit a claim there and they said I had to go through UPS. I finally got through to UPS and they said a manager would be calling me (they never did). In the meantime, I emailed bentgo, not once, not twice, but 3x as I needed this for my daughter’s school lunch since school was about to start. I also reached out to Bentgo via Facebook messenger and it took almost a week for Bentgo to respond to either email or message. In the end, UPS figured it out and got it to me 2 days later, but the delay in response was really disappointing and as a consumer, I feel I went above and beyond to get my purchase to me, but it took forever for the company to even reach out. I didn’t even bother responding to the email once they finally responded. So, I’ll most likely continue using the product, but I’ll never order through Bentgo again.

My kids have been so excited to help pack these lunch boxes before school has even started. :) We have been using them to take to the pool & beach & they have been a hit. Easy to clean as well. The only thing I think would improve this/get 5 stars would be to have the utensils included because you have to purchase separately from the lunch boxes which I did not know. Also, a place for the utensils to snap into place would be nice (maybe the inside of the lid)? :)

Such a cute bottle, leak proof and great size. The only downfall is that it is not insulated. My little one is picky and likes her water to be super cold all the time. With her taking this to school, the ice I add in the morning melts within a few hours.

I wanted to like it. I did like it at first. It's beautiful colors and my daughter loved it and immediately wanted to start using it. Their big claim on the box is that their compartments are sealed when it closes so you could put yogurt or pudding or something like that in their compartments and still have everything seperated at lunch time. Certainly they dont advertise that their lunchboxes dont seal properly. So I put Thanksgiving leftovers inside and in the smallest compartment I put some cranberry jelly. My daughter took it to school and brought it back with most of the food left in it because the cranberry sauce had gotten on everything and it was on the outside too. She didn't like the food with cranberry sauce on it. It had leaked everywhere. My daughter is 7. She was not a fan and no longer wants to use this lunch box as it got her backpack and stuff inside sticky. So for me it was a waste.
