This is a good lunch box esp for lower elementary kids. We hand wash all the kids lunch boxes as we use them often. Recently we noticed that there were tiny blue particles in the kids food and upon further inspection realized that the rubber/silicon seal was disintegrating unfortunately. The Customer service on the other hand is amazing! They were prompt in their response and will be sending me a replacement soon.

I bought this lunch box to help my picky eater eat her lunch at school and the cute designs and convenient storage made her excited to open up and see what was in her lunch! Also very convenient for me to clean at the end of the school day. Highly highly recommend!!

My 5 year old picked this out for her birthday in January and we LOVE it!! The divided sections are perfect portions for a younger child and allows me to pack multiple food groups for a nutritious lunch. Her favorites are yogurt and applesauce, and I was so happy when I realized it really wouldn't make her sandwich soggy!! It makes it very fun for me to make lunch, and a fun one for her to eat. It's also very easy for her to open and close without accidentally coming unlatched. Super easy to clean as well, and the print doesn't easily rub off like other products. I highly recommend this lunchbox for anyone, not just kids!

I bought this for my 4 year old whose going to start pre-k at a school that does not provide lunch. I have many plastic Tupperware but I did not want to send her to school with those. They either are too hard to open or just not in good shape. I’ve heard great things about Bentgo from fellow preschool moms, so I decided to give them a try. Wow am I impressed! The quality is amazing and I know this will last us throughout the year plus more! At first I was hesitant of the size. But I placed my daughter’s lunch in the Bentgo and everything fit. Honestly toddlers don’t eat much, so if you’re hesitant on the size, don’t be! I am very glad I gave it a try. And my daughter loves helping assemble her lunch! Also, the Bentgo customer service team is amazing and very helpful.

We started using this about 5 months ago and it was super convenient for daycare. I did notice some black spots appearing on the rubber areas on the cover. I contacted customer service and they offered to replace the item and provided tips on how to clean the box (vinegar and soaking). Overall, very satisfied!

I absolutely love love this lunchbox I pack lunch for my 3 year old daughter and 6 year old son. The compartments sizes are perfect for big and average appetite.Things I love about it: 1- I can pack liquify stuff and IT DOES NOT LEAK 2- it allows my kids to have a variety of food 3-Super easy to clean for a busy mom/dad 4- Great for Portion Control 5-Kids can open and close it without help which is sometimes required in preschool 6-They have great designs too Definitely recommend especially that their customers service are really good and it has a 2 year warranty!

My daughter loves her new water bottle and Bentgo lunch box. They're her favorite color, purple. Additionally, the water bottle is easy for her to open and close. It's the only water bottle I have been able to get her to drink mostly a full bottle from while she is at school. Only problem so far is I have trouble removing the rubber ring underneath to clean. Additionally, I have lost the air valve plug so it leaks. Customer service has been great though and they indicate they are sending us a new set.

My 9 year old son’s favorite Bentgo is the sharks print. He uses it weekly at school, rotating with our other Bentgos. He likes that this one has the small round compartment for dips, unlike the Bentgo Chill model. The large compartment is perfect for a half sandwich. We are able to fit these snuggly into Pottery Barn classic lunchboxes with thin reusable icepacks for school. We wash the inserts in the dishwasher and hand wash the shells. This lunch box has been the perfect size for preschool and elementary years.

These boxes work great! They never leak, even when putting yogurt in one off the sections. Crunchy foods stay crunchy, nothing mingles, which is important for picky eaters. Compartments are.a bit small, but nothing a little creative chopping can't solve.

Grandchild has difficulty opening latch. I tried to tell her to put one hand flat on the box while opening the latch. However it is stiff and so she holds it upright and the food spills out. By the way she is 4 yrs old.and why don;t you have videos of young children demonstrating instead of adults. Also the carousel print doesnt have a matching pin bag only the purple
