it's a quality box, I love that my child can open/close it himself and all the parts are attached, so there's nothing for him to loose during the day. I wish it had a handle, I wish I could personalize it to put his name on it from the website, and I wish there was a matching thermos that I could personalize as well. The interior compartments are slightly on the small side also. Over all it's a quality product and I would recommend and buy another one for sure.

Happy with this purchase. My almost 2-yrs old son loves the construction trucks print and opening and closing the lunchbox himself. I love that it's easy to clean, so far leak-proof, and insulates well. Also love that the insert is removable so I can pop it in the dishwasher. My only wish is that Bentgo sold the inserts without the lid. Otherwise this system would be perfect.

LOVE this little lunch box. My son does an outside kinder program here in OR and this lunch kit has been so durable! It gets dropped in dirt DAILY and still washes clean in the dishwasher without issue. It is easy for him to open and close. Highly recommend this product.

A must have for school lunches! This is the perfect size to fit in a lunchbox and I love that it’s portion controlled so it helps take out the guess of “is there enough food” in there. My son loves it and he’s 4. He also loves that everything is in little sections for him. Makes it easier to eat and keep neat for lunch. Highly recommend.

I now have 10 of these bentgo boxes and adore them! I prep the entire week of lunches for my two kids every Sunday and these make it so easy. They are cute, don't leak, and hold just the right amount of food. They also stack super well in the fridge. I used to HATE having to make lunches every night after a long day of work and finally getting the kids to bed, but now I have a little designated "me" time instead that I truly cherish. I did make the mistake with my first couple boxes in washing the outside in the dishwasher so warped the rubber a little on the edges, but they still function great. Otherwise, these have held up wonderful and I highly recommend them!

it's cute but I haven't been able to use it much because it has no compartment to heat anything. They heat lunches at our daycare, so it eliminates a ton of lunch options I can give her including dinner leftovers. Not super happy with the product due to this.

I really like the spaces but the material that is in the lid (Silicon), that prevents things from spilling, It was pigmented from the first day with watermelon, and this fruit does not have such a high pigmentation, which generated a lot of discomfort since it does not come out with anything.

I’m in love with this lunchbox. It’s practical, sturdy, easy to clean and best part is the food stays in its place no matter how much you move the box. The only slight drawback is that I wish that the big compartment was bigger to accommodate full sandwiches

I ordered two Bentgo Kids Boxes and it makes prepping my kid's lunch so much easier. I personally don't put it in the dishwasher just to make sure it continues to seal as tightly as the day I bought it. We've had the boxes for about 6 weeks and they are still going strong after daily use!

5 star for the product itself, 1 star for customer service. This is my 3rd bentgo box and prefer it over other brands because of its durability. I’ve never had an issue shipping before (ordered from Amazon), but this time I ordered through the company itself. It said my box was delivered (via the tracking #), but it wasn’t. So I tried to submit a claim with UPS and the tracking link said I had to go through USPS, so I tried to submit a claim there and they said I had to go through UPS. I finally got through to UPS and they said a manager would be calling me (they never did). In the meantime, I emailed bentgo, not once, not twice, but 3x as I needed this for my daughter’s school lunch since school was about to start. I also reached out to Bentgo via Facebook messenger and it took almost a week for Bentgo to respond to either email or message. In the end, UPS figured it out and got it to me 2 days later, but the delay in response was really disappointing and as a consumer, I feel I went above and beyond to get my purchase to me, but it took forever for the company to even reach out. I didn’t even bother responding to the email once they finally responded. So, I’ll most likely continue using the product, but I’ll never order through Bentgo again.
